Had a great experience in the therapeutic massage amazing!! And thermal baths wet sauna were the best ones to try. Highly recommend :)

My family and I stumbled upon this gem of a place during a winter ski vacation. The building is gorgeous, the massage therapists are excellent and the pools are amazing. Not to mention the breath taking scenery and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this spa!

Wish the towels had been bigger and that they had a better system for getting winter boots out of the entry way. The warm pool was nice and big and not overly hot. Not the place to go if you're looking for a luxurious spa experience.

Very expensive for what you get.If you thinking to go there, don't forget to bring your tuque, because you will freeze. (Too windy)And also some ladies was too noisy in the hot bath...cant relax. I don't recommend this spa. You spend 120$ (special price for spring break) *more than usual price online!! Fot 2 adults and 2 kids, not Worth it!There is no welcoming or appreciation from the staff. If only a take your money and go...

Even though it rained the whole time you're there, we still an excellent experience. Multiple hot tub springs of different temperatures so we can find where you comfortable sauna eucalyptic room relaxation room. Just a very nice setup staff with some exceptionally friendly

I really like this SPA.I think it's very good and it has a good price. I go with my friends sometimes. I just don't put 5 stars because last time we didn't like the service. But the place itself is worth it.

The best room was the UV light steam room. Smells like Eucalyptus.

Been to this spa 3 times with my girlfriend. The best part about this place is they have alot of deals going around. You can get free access to spa on monday and so on. Nice experience overall, staff is really kind and the place look extremely nice, summer or winter. Only probleme that i found is when your getting a massage, you can ear car very loudly on the highway next to it. Its louder then the music. They offer alchool, from spirit to wine.

Calm and relaxing place. The best part is that they have time for the kids. You can rent a portion as well. This is not expensive and well worth it.

Spa Des Neiges is an amazing little spa by the St. Lawrence River. It doesn't look like much from the main street, but the pools are wonderful and vary in temperature perfectly so that you can go from pool to pool experiencing degrees of hot and cold wet application for a flawless thermal cycle. The ambiance is unbeatable and its small enough that you don't have to worry about others chatting too much.The rest areas are wonderful and allow you to enjoy the views from the second level of the two outer buildings.There's also amazing food and spa services that I only go for here. In the past visits I've done a forest clay wrap, a detox, facial, massage and other services. Each time they were professional and truly a pampering experience. Émilie is the therapist I've seen each year since 2016 (I think) and her English has improved significantly. If you plan on getting spa services, make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. If you need to make a special request, make sure you have someone who can speak French over the phone so that no mishaps will happen. Being a small spa in the middle of ski country, it's predominantly French speaking.Bring your own lock, water bottle and sandals. They'll provide the towels and robe. Then you can enjoy the baths all day!
