Solstice Pilates
This place is a real gem! I believe this place has been open for about 15 years now, and when you walk in, it's like being with friends instantly. I love it. I been to a few studios, and it takes more than just a qualified trainer to be enjoyable. The atmosphere, decor, and like minded people, this place just feels like home. All the other clients are super friendly, like everyone already knows each other. The owners are especially nice. Such down to earth people. 100% recommended!I love it and you will too!

I’ve been doing Pilates at this studio for over 2 years and both, both Robert & Isabelle are Knowledgeable, customer oriented & professional trainers! That’s a great motivation to continue going to my Pilates classes with them, I always look forward to my sessions.

Solstice Pilates
After having chronic back pain and being stripped of every day activities, a friend referred me to Solstice Pilates. After a few months of consistent work I stated to have great relief. Today, almost 5 years now, I bike 30k, 3 times a week, go for 2h hikes in the woods and enjoy all sorts of exercises and feel great! I bless Solstice for giving me my life back.-Ann M.

I have been training at Solstice Pilates for almost 15 years and can honestly say that it was life-changing for me. The trainers are awesome, both the group classes and one-on-one training are amazing, and I continue to see positive results even after this long!

Excellent mat Pilates classes for all levels. I've been doing Pilates for over ten years now at various studios and this is the best mat Pilates class I've ever done. Each exercise is well-explained and tailored for each person's fitness level. The flow of the class is excellent and the well-planned sequences are always different and interesting. I'm glad I found this gem in St. Henri.

Best pilates class ever!First time with the Reformer and it is quite an effective training machine!Isabelle is a pro and knows how to guide and coach you during the one hour session.She communicates very well and keeps the session flowing with fun humour too.Very good vibes, nice space with natural light.I strongly recommend Solstice Pilates !!!

I love this place!!! Robert and Isabelle are such wonderful teachers, they motivate me to be active and take care of myself. The place is beautiful, filled with light and beautiful art. There are many classes, and you can choose to have private ones too! There is warmth, laughter and empathy, all that PLUS professional instructors dedicated to stay active and inspire people like us to do so!

I love coming to Isabelle’s classes! Isabelle is a fountain of knowledge (and hilarity), and has helped me change how I think about my body and movement. Over the past 6 months of coming, I have started to experience my body differently—and notice greater strength and range of motion. I am also more aware of my body as I move throughout the day, and able to make more conscious choices around posture etc.

Isabelle has been an absolute gift to my career as a professional dancer. Her reformer classes are always tailored to target my needs as a performer—whether I'm in a show run, rehearsal period or recuperation/injury recovery. Isabelle was also a key player during my pregnancy and oversaw my safe & full return after giving birth (performing at 5 months pp!!).Lovely clientele in the group classes, too.A great studio, run by great human beings!
