I would have given ZERO stars if I could. Large fry box half full, large popcorn chicken box half full, hair in our food and when I asked specifically for 6 plum sauces for a bunch of hungry kids, which I was a charged for, I got ZERO! Everyone working at this location needs to be re-trained or fired. This is not the first time this has happened to us and shame on me for going back. Never again!

Worst service from the drive thru on multiple occasions. You almost have to beg them to take your order or you will wait for a while. Once they finally take your order you will wait 30 minutes for food when they tell you 10 minutes.Unacceptable service

I was satisfied. Portions can always be bigger/better. That applies everywhere. All restaurants. Staff were friendly. Dining room looked clean.

You have the absolute slowest workers. I swear to god.There was only two cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get out of here. The two cars infront of us were definitely frustrated as well, and honking horns in the drivethru. They were even so slow to get someone change back…Seriously you need faster employees or better training.

Not sure why this particular location is so bad compared to others. The last couple times I've been here it's been a complete waste of my money. I was given the smallest pieces of chicken and they weren't fresh at all. I tried eating it but it was dry and I just found it sickening. The locations on Huron Church and Malden are much better.

First time trying out this location, and it was disappointing. The workers were super kind and friendly, but waiting 20 minutes for chicken because they did not have any left at 7:00 pm is absurd. How do they not have any during dinner service?In addition, although this is not their fault, but the establishment of KFC franchise, changing the specials to $2.99 for 2 pieces of chicken is too expensive. I’d much rather pay the previous $3.50 with an individual fry included as that would be more filling to the stomach. The chicken was also dry and there wasn’t much flavour. I would not recommend this location.

This KFC used to be great. My last few experiences have not been good. My last time there I was handed the wrong order, was not given my drink, no sauces and after they corrected it I had to tell them they didn't take my payment. Not good anymore.

Chicken is left to long in the holding area and looks old and tastes dry, got a 10 piece bucket meal and only had 8 pieces, fries were under cooked. Only good thing was the Mac salad and that is because they don’t make it.$45.00 mealCalled and complained and the person who answered said I’m sure I put 10 in there, and I said I wouldn’t be calling if you had.Haven’t been to kfc in a while and wanted to try again and still disappointed.

I don't bother with this location, any longer the staff are rude and don't care about what the customers want. I tried ordering the extra crispy chicken on good Friday at 740pm. I was expected to only take 2 orders of fries with the order nothing else with the 8 pieces I was ordering. When I asked don't I get a choice again I was directed to get 2 orders of fries. I said no thanks, and someone else said thanks for stopping by" as I was leaving . People should stop going to this location. At this location as well as other locations

This place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a six-piece chicken large fry and gravy. The chicken look like it had been left under the warmer for hours and then refried. It was absolutely horrendous. The fries and gravy were Stone cold. When I tried to bring the order back to get a fresh order they refused and wouldn't even give me my money back. Will never go here again
