I was helped by Tasha Garceau yesterday at the Cambridge Virgin booth ,which was able to resolve the problems with my phone, now my phone works great I'm very happy , She was very professional and courteous , today we went and upgraded our tablets again she was extremely helpful very pleased with my experience, AWESOME customer service!!!!. Would recommend to anyone A+.

Went to the Virgin kiosk to see about upgrading my phone. Waited for over an hour for a service rep to be free. They explained my options and then told me that they could upgrade my phone plan to get more data cheaper. They upgraded the plan and told me to call in and get a loyalty bonus of 10GB. After I got home a Virgin rep called to try and sell me things. He had no idea what I had or what I wanted. When I mentioned the loyalty bonus he said it was impossible. So either way I was lied to! They kept saying that I had a great deal more data at a lower rate but no loyalty bonus. So they think it is ok to promise you something and then say sorry and walk away. Shows that no one is talking to anyone and they will say anything to make a sale.

I had a great experience with Virgin over the Boxing Week, I was looking for internet and was having difficulties with getting clear answers from the other internet providers on whether I would be able to have service.The Boys at Virgin were not only able to confirm I could get service, there was a great deal on and I was also able to switch over my phone plan and get a better deal there as well. The process went very well in store and I was also sent away with a gift which was a nice touch! The team was so nice and I definitely recommend reaching out to them.Installation a week later also went smoothly and the Bell tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.Overall, a great experience.

Had a great experience, I went in with a BYOP I had a great plan offered to me. The sales rep Tasha was knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I would recommend any of my friends or family to head to that location
