Great service. We live in 100 Mile House and brought our broken dryer to the store for a diagnosis. Lakecity Appliance Repairs found the problem and since they had the part in stock, they were able to fix it right away. It was amazing to be able to go home with a repaired dryer, when we thought that we would have to wait for at least a week! Thank-you so much!

My dang fridge had been driving me up the wall with random screeching for ages until I bit the bullet and took a chance on a repairman. Went perfectly, only reason I haven't used them since is, nothing's broken!

Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE to have anything fixed. They are crooks and People that work there lie. Save your money and appliance and go to Quesnel. they tell one story to me and a different story to my husband. We brought a washer for repairs. They told me there was nothing wrong with it but they told my husband they had to take it apart to fix it. They charged us money to fix it, we brought it home and it didn’t work. We called a guy in Quesnel told him what we think is wrong and the only thing we had to do was reset a code that he told us over the phone How to do at no charge! We reset it and it works fine.They are rude not professional, they pretend to care but they do not especially the owner.

I would give them a zero if that was possible. They were hired to repair a gas stove. The automatic lighter on the top elements failed to work on several of the elements. After about 4 visits and many excuses they finally told us that additional work would be more than what the stove was worth. In the end, they did nothing and we just start it now with a manual lighter.On another occasion, we hired them to fix a light on a new fridge that was wasn't working properly. The only reason we went through these guys again was because the warranty work required that we deal with them. Again, after about 4 trips trying to fix it and failing to do so, the company refunded our money for the cost of the fridge.
