Havent been able to get regular gas for over a week. Keep getting run arounds. Tomorrow, frozen system, messaged dispatch...etc etc. still no gasoline. We run a construction site. this is unacceptable.

Frew has been our fuel supplier for many years now. We are a medium size company that uses different types of fuel. We have never had a problem with Frew and they have been very accommodating when emergency fuel has been needed.

So I tried to make it through this winter with my old furnace and tank that i inherited with the purchase of my house. Unfortunately time was not on my side. The furnace started acting up not too long ago and i had my wife and 2 little daughters to keep warm. I called Frew Energy and was put into contact with Lorri Grosul. She is an angel. Fixed me up right away with a tech and immediate service to keep my family warm. Amazing customer service. When you call Frew ask for Lori. My family and I thank you for your dedication to this matter.Sam

We have been a regular customer of Frew for more than 20 years. We recently converted to gas, with the help of Frew. However for the last 2 months we have been trying to get someone in to make a service call. In spite of repeated calls, including to a manager Lorri, we have been unable to get a service person to come. If this is the level of customer service to be expected, I will unequivocally NOT recommend Frew for any type of service.

BEWARE of dealing with this company: they tried to intimidate me by saying that they can't provide me with heating oil deliveries if I don't replace my existing oil tank. After getting my oil tank inspected by another company, it was found that it is in perfect condition and satisfies all the safety requirements. This company doesn't care about its customers and their sales department are desperate to sell oil tanks:they are even sending business cards of tank installers !! (seen in the attachment).

I lifted my oil tank to level the patio stone underneath and was told I have to pay $75 plus $40 for paperwork for their contractor to inspect it. Got bumped up to the manager Lorri. She gave me the information that if I got a service of our furnace the tank fees would be waived. Great! Thanks to Lorri for laying out my options in a clear professional manner.
