Gui Lin is our favorite specialty noodle house. Very authentic unique dishes unlike anything else in Edmonton. Consistantly excellent quality. Super friendly & helpful owners. You must try Cui Hua Gui Lin.

Recommend oncePros: distinct and noticeably different cuisine than regular Chinese, good quantity, accept card, friendly staff close with locals, fastCons: many black hair on lamb can be unappetizing or revolting to some, overly strong gamey taste for some, no stand out dishOverall a comfy meal not good not bad. The cuisine utilizes a lot of a certain pickled vegetable. To some, it may have a strong flavor so avoid if you dislike that becasue it is used in the noodle soups and fried rice in abundant quantity.

Cash or debit only.The restaurant needs a better ventilation system. Unless you're accustomed to the smell of their cooking, it's a bit of a shock in terms of how smelly the place is.It is, however, one of the cleaner restaurants in Chinatown. Food was pretty good too.

So delicious! Every dish we have tried is exceptional. We especially like their fried instant noodle and the hot and sour soup. The lemon tea and milk teas are also great, and so is their coconut milk dessert. The owners are so friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend for unique and tasty dishes.

Pictures are dry noodle with braised beef (sub sweet potato noodle) and noodle soup with minced pork. Server helped us with the menu and answered all our ignorant questions. Great food and very reasonable prices. Was provided free tea with meal. Strange and unpleasant smell inside the restaurant.

Very authentic Guilin rice noodle, I like the pork hock noodle better than the Lao You noodle, which is a little too sour because of the pickled bamboo shoots. Drinks are very good too, reminds me of the ones you often see at Hongkong diners. Also, their homemade chilli oil is the bomb, definitely elevated the noodle!

For me, I would prefer Noodleholic at 9658 107 A Ave instead, more choices, better taste.
