I have been getting Paul to repair my stackable washer and dryer for a couple of years now. He came highly recommended by a friend. Paul’s service is always prompt, friendly, and honest. Instead of simply telling me what the issues are with my washer and dryer, he shows me. There are lots of “appliance repair” businesses out there that are out to get your money and will rip you off - Paul is not one of them. He’s well qualified and I will call him for any appliance repair before I call anyone else.

So professional and knowledgeable. As a strata president, worked with many trades over the years. Paul is exactly the type of person you want in your home making your repairs.

Unlike other repair shops, Paul took the time to talk to me on the phone, listen to what was going on with our dryer and then he came with all the parts in hand to fix the machine. Too many companies now a days subcontract their work out and when the technician comes they don’t know the full scope of the work. Not Paul, he is very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We are in the middle of a major Reno and when gas stove was reconnected one of the oven burners did not operate and one day before that our Samsung dryer started making grinding noise when turned on! Called ECO Appliance Repair and spoke to Paul regarding our issues and he was very professional and gave us a time and date to come and address both appliances, which was the very next day! Paul assessed and repaired both appliances in less than an hour! Gave us tips looking after gas stove and and how to save on gas stove parts which can be very expensive; that was a huge money saving bonus for us! Cleaned up after self and was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable about our appliances; he even informed us that most likely in 2-3 years we would have to change one of the ovens manifolds as showing signs of breaking down, but no need to change right now!Very pleasurable experience! Spoke with Paul on the phone, explained our problem. 1 day later (extremely fast response) he had the new part, and had it installed in the oven.Very very happy with the service, will definitely use him again if anything else needs repair in the house.

Paul is Really Really good at what he did to repair my decor range. My oven part of the range didn’t work, the temperature cannot go up , just stay at 75 F . I called the factory customers services, and they recommended a company , and this guy came to my house and check it and said the computer on the back was not working. He said it will cost about 400 .00 to order the part, I paid him deposit and wait for three weeks and called him. Then He said he could not fix it because he doesn’t have the ticket for gas , and he recommended me another company. Thank the Lord, I didn’t listen to him.I googled on line and found Ecoappliance , Paul responded immediately and scheduled the next day to come to my house, so he came today , it took Paul ONE Minute to fix it , and save me a lot of money, Paul also told me what caused this problem, I will never do it again to cause this problem, Paul is very efficient, very knowledgeable, very professional , He is the Best, I would definitely recommend him to anybody who need appliance repair service.

Our dishwasher quit working and we called Eco Appliance Repair in the afternoon and left a brief message for Paul.Paul returned the call within 15 minutes and scheduled us in for the next morning.Paul found the problem and fixed our dishwasher within the hour.We also had a problem with our Gas Stove recently and called Paul. Paul was the third repair guy we called and we wish we would have called him first! We had an issue with our fridge and after explaining to him what was happening he took the time to explain to us that what we thought was an issue was actually a normal process and that we did not need to spend money on having him come out to look. He could have easily set up a time to come out and charge us for it but instead he was just super helpful. We will definitely call him when we have any appliance issues in the future. I had used Paul's service 3 years ago on my Samsung Fridge repair and he was honest, punctual and explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly.I recently called Paul again for another repair and he was honest and on time and was able to find the problem and fix it for me.Great Service, great person and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest repair done on ANY appliance.
