I have recently taken an expected bus ride Monday morning along with embarrassing moments to boot!I was short for the fair and told the driver.He was kind enough to understand and acknowledge the honesty. His cool enough even dropped me off closer to where l needed to go and advice next time to take different no # busThat's public service...And thank you for the professionalism.And as for the Terminal.Well..its design for its purpose and efficiency.However, My l suggest a can of paint on for those dull concrete wall.Dress em up some colours...Just a suggestion...

The bus station itself is fine, some of the people are not. Sometimes you’ll have the odd homeless asking for change, other times there’s a ambulance and a police car there due to fights that break out. Security could be better but it’s a bus station.

The washrooms open later than 6:00pm would be nice since the buses run until 11:15pm and people still have to attend to nature's beckoning.

Transit station, catch connecting busses to any part of the city. + we have an Ebus terminal there as well for trips to Edmonton and Calgary and beyond.

I would like to thank you mr. Harold he is very kind guy because i forgot my cellphone on the bus 1 then i try to call my phone and he answered it..then he said he bring my cellphone on my work. He did that. Im very thankful for Mr.Harold..Appreciated it so much.

New bus schedule is god awful-I can’t catch a bud after 8pm unless I walk downtown red deer to the bus station itself and we all know how sketchy downtown red deer is.Please bring back normal running hours

bus drivers are really good, but i found that the bus rout seems to be a bit disorganized and off at least a half hour from the internet schedule especially when it comes to a time change in the spring.

Lazy and useless. Might as well just replace them with computers. Cost less, waste less time, act less entitled.Why do an inquiry into scheduling to make sure things are on time when you can play ignorant? All you have to do is push the times ahead 10 minutes. But lets act like its rocket science... yet another thing a computer can do better.
