Brutal customer service. Pharmacy staff are pathetic.

Great service. Very caring pharmacists

I can’t say enough about this location. First off, the entire team is wonderful and extremely courteous. But the pharmacists are amazing. I’ve never been in there without genuine questions/concern re: my health and my family’s health. How they remember specifics for each customer is beyond me. I have never picked up a prescription without there being an opportunity to talk to the pharmacist... ranging from receiving info on new prescriptions to answering questions on changing dosages, to reminding me about any conflicts with other meds etc. It never feels hurried and I always leave feeling knowledgeable about the meds I am taking. And Tony Lee goes above and beyond to ensure every interaction is favourable and customer focused. I appreciate this pharmacy just as much as my doctor for providing well rounded health care. Thank you Rexall Olds!

Extremely impressed with their service and I will only come to them. It only took 2 minutes for me to get my medication filled.

Friendly staff and prescriptions filled quickly.

I love that place but me and my friend went in there during midnight madness. Sat down on a chair and took a picture of only our facesTo send to our other friend. Ok fair you don't want photos taken we dident know! No sign's or nothing else. AND then a lady said no pictures in the store!!!she deleted the photos than she said thank you! And then she said we could leve. The she asked my friend and made her show her her who camera roll. So jut put up a sign or be nicer about it. T hx!

I am beyond impressed with the service and fantastic care from the pharmacists at Rexall since I relocated to Olds last summer. Both Raj and Mehul (?spelling sorry) have been very informative, professional, and personable. I they know who their customers are, they know who their children are too! They take the time to listen to concerns and not once have I left feeling I was ill informed and never have I left unsatisfied with the service. I highly, highly recommend this pharmacy!

Did not have all my medication called to see about reminder they owed me and the pharmacist was very rude. Dismissing of my questions. I moved from Olds and they will not transfer the medication and just hung up the call mid conversation.
