We got our A/C installed recently and the guys were super knowledgeable and professional. They were able to catch an unsafe cracking in our furnace and insured we were able to get both jobs done right away.Install job was super clean and well done.

We picked Western Canadian Furnace from the Google search results when we needed a new AC for our home last year because of the high ratings, and I guess now I can see why.Dealing with the sales people was excellent - they were responsive to our requests, walked us through getting the limit increased on our new Home Depot card, and worked with us on the price. It was nice to see low, mid, and top-tier options without having to feel like a bother for requesting multiple quotes.The installers were just as easy to work with. They were able to find a new breaker for our old electrical panel, installed the outdoor unit exactly where and how we asked (we wanted a pad on the ground instead of brackets going into the wall), and even came back on short notice to fix a minor issue to close out the permit.This is 100% a company you want to work with.

although I was not home my wife was, and was ever so pleased from what she had to say about Western, the work that was done very professional they went though the start-up suqence on Furnace checked A.C. and did a great job cleaning my duck work very respectful and curtiouschecking all leaving an impression with my wife and that makes me very happy!and she said the contact person was very pleasant and engaging or personable we will use your services next year Ty.!

I called Western for a clogged drain and they were hours quicker than any other company I called. The tech Brian showed up on time and was very professional. luckily the bill was far less than expected. I would highly recommend using Western Canadian Furnace Company.

I would like to commend Western Canadian Furnace Company for an excellent job. First, their price was very competitive. Eventhough the job was out of town, they scheduled it within a reasonable time-frame (2days). I was able to change the time from a morning to an afternoon, 1-3pm appointment. The technician, Nick called at 12:00 and let me know that he was going to finish earlier and could show up promptly, or a little earlier. That worked out perfectly for me. I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He was very professional, neat, well-groomed which inspired confidence. After a brief chat and a survey of the layout of the house he promptly started to work, cleaned and sanitized the ducts, checked and cleaned everything in the furnace. The job was done fast and efficiently.Thank you Western Canadian Furnace Co for a reliable fast service.

I would highly recommend Western Canadian Furnace Company. I had Air Conditioning installed and was extremely happy with the process. Dan provided me with a reasonable quote and was very nice to deal with. The 2 technicians Eric and Bikramijit were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job!!!. At the end of the installation Eric talked me through everything. I also, got to speak to Sondra on the phone and she was awesome! I will use this company going forward. I had Western Canadian Furnace come to my house, to have my furnace serviced and ducts cleaned. The tech was on time, professional and was very descriptive on what was done.I will be using Western Canadian Furnace for any future service / installations. We really appreciated the phone call to trigger the annual maintenance. The technician did a great job and also showed us the humidifier filter that ultimately needed to be replaced. Not a sales pressure tactic whatsoever - I have replaced them myself in the past - it was just very convenient to have the technician do it this time around.Very useful information to shut down the humidifier during the summer when we are running the air conditioner.

Had a great experience with this company.Our hot water and heating failed in the middle of cold weather but these guys didn’t take advantage of us at any step of the way. We also got 3 different quotes and they were the most competitive.Their team cares about customer and even tried to mitigate time spent on the visits by providing really helpful service on the phone when we were desperate for help on a Saturday night at 9pm.They got one detail wrong about the installation which added a day of extra work and their first inspection visit to our apartment was fairly late but they really did everything in their power to keep my wife and I happy and confident in their service.
