Quick to rip you off. Will double sell an item that had to be ordered in due to low stock. You may pay $100 more at different/better furniture stores but the quality is much better and you can't find those same items at Walmart like you will at this place. They robbed me for my money on a product I did not receive

We asked the store to order in a desk because they didn't have it in stock, so the store obviously offers the product. We paid in full then due to unforseen circumstances, we left the province, westbound, before we managed to go to pick the item up. We called in hopes to get refunded because they can now obviously put it in their showroom to resell but we were told that there is NOTHING" they can do about this because it was a "special order". How was it a special order if your store offers it already
