Dollar Car Rental

Forgot credit card when back home get it by time we came back thats only 15 min away gave him a call to tell him were on way back he gave the car away on that time frame ? Never get a car from there or dollar rental

The staff are polite and super pleasant. It has great rental prices and it was fast and easy. The cars are clean and I had zero issues. I have nothing bad to say about this business.

Terrible experience with this company. We rented a vehicle online and pre-paid with a remaining balance to be paid on return of the vehicle. When we started out we noticed the back right tire looked a bit flat. After checking the tire pressure and topping it up we left for a wedding out of town. We immediately noticed that the car was shaking randomly throughout the entire vehicle. The maintenance required notification was also on. We tried to contact the location and customer service to exchange the vehicle but could not get a hold of anyone after 2 hours of trying. We went ahead to the wedding and just hoped nothing would happen. It vibrated the entire week we had the car and the tire consistently looked low in pressure. We we returned it we noticed the tire definitely was flat. After being told by the location that we would only be charged if there was a nail in it we left and the car went to the mechanics.They sent a picture showing a small hole with no nail. After talking to the location about the charge they were insisting we must pay we tried to get a hold of customer service in the USA and Canada for Hertz who could not help at all. In fact they could not even see any of our billing/rental details!! We waited a day to see if our account information would show up on their system and by that time when we called to see if the charge would be waived they had already charged my credit card without our permission.When we reached out to the location to discuss this further they refused to talk and said that it was already agreed upon.DO NOT rent from here! They are not members of the Better Business Bureau and are just trying to scam you out of your money.We do not recommend this business at all.

Car rental staff told us our reserve vehicle is not available anymore at the last minute. We were about to pick it up before 4 pm but didn't tell us a day before or sooner. We were on a hurry but disappointed at the end. would not recommend this car rental for convenience.
