Kal Tire helped me out this morning with a flat tire and they were just awesome! They were so kind, helpful and informative and while I ultimately needed a new tire and will take my car to Costco where my tires are still under warranty they still went above and beyond to help me get on my way safely. I will be back to Kal Tire in the future for my next set of tires! Thank you!!

Best tire place in Maple Ridge hands down. All the staff are always so helpful, especially Shameel (I hope I spelt that correctly!). You can feel comfortable leaving your vehicle with them.

I bought new tires for my jeep here in the summer of 2022. Fast forward to April 2023 and I have a flat. Was able to bring it in the next morning and was seen quickly. Unfortunately the tire had sidewall damage and couldn’t be repaired. They honored the customer care plan and placed on a new tire and within an hour and a bit, I was on my way! Thanks!!

I had a wonderful experience at Kal Tire when buying a new set of tires right from my call to book an appointment to leaving the parking lot.The front office staff were funny and helpful. The waiting area was clean, bright and comfortable. The tire technician was patient with me while I decided to keep the old tires or not! He also explained how they were able to keep the old wheel, etc. Thank you!

They did not check my tire pressure after swapping my winter tires back to all seasons. Tire pressure sensor warning was on. I brought the car back to them to get it checked and they dismissed me. VW dealership checked and found the pressures were all over the place". If you go to Kal Tire

I normally don't provide negative or positive feedback, like most people (I think) we just want things to go smoothly.I booked an appointment for this morning for a wheel alignment. I hit a pot hole last week and was pretty sure I gave my car a good jolt.I showed up this morning, there was a bit of a wait, but not within the shops control, so I wasn't bothered.They took my car in, and about an hour or so later, when I came back in they told me they had done testing and a diagnostics , and everthing was pretty much good (I was pleasantly surprised)..and then they told me there was no charge.I was shocked. They spent time checking things out and didn't charge me.Thanks for such a great experience.Bill

Service above and beyondI knew I needed new tires in the front and had a slow leak but one of them went flat while at Kaltire, the guys at the store said no problem put a loaner on my vehicle got me home and back the next day for my appointmentQuick efficient service, friendly staff and no BSI would highly recommend these guys

We are new to the area and have been to this Kal Tire location twice now for service to both of our cars. It’s an extremely busy location and each timeI was there waiting, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to help each customer. Despite some chirping and complaining from customers for havingto wait, the managers at the counter remained professional and polite.They have a tv to watch and complimentary coffee, tea and Wi-Fi.Not too bad to sit and relax for an hour or so.And not to mention, one of the cleanest locations I have been to.Thanks Kal Tire!

They were very friendly but a bit incompetent,my car takes two different sizes from the front to backThe put the two smaller one on one side and the larger ones on the other side,i hope my rear differential isn't damaged .i didn't notice till i was home,wasted my whole afternoon going back and getting it rectified
