Worst insurance company ever! They still owe us $45,000 for water damage from 4 months ago! Extreme incompetence! I do not recommend this company at anytime, believe me you will only have problemsThey will do everything not to pay you what they owe you! Adjusters never return your calls after multiple emails and voice messages left. Hours spent on the phone being transfer left, right and center. Promises a supervisor will call back and they never call…..

Horrible customer service. I have had to contact them over 3 times for a refund I was promised that never gets deposited into my account. Each time on hold for 2 HOURS.

1 hour 30 mins on hold now, simply to change my address.Cant even do it online with client center.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered ! 1hr 40m on hold and then disconnect. Online client center useless, overall horrible experience !

Was forced to switch to them for group insurance and cannot access anyone on the phone, nor do they provide login information to set up an online account...you need to call them to set it up...and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to set it up. Waste of time and money.

In 2023, with all the available customer service tools, this appears to be a deliberate business decision to limit access to customer service.Reaching them by phone... good luck.My experience with Beneva's customer service so far has been terrible. After waiting on hold for 58 minutes, the line suddenly hung up. I called back, and this time, I stayed on hold for a whopping 1 hour and 43 minutes. Finally, someone answered. They told me, We see that you have been holding online for a long time

I’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOUR COMPANY FOR THREE DAYS!!! NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE !!!! BEEN ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!!! I’VE BEEN CALLING THE FRENCH LINE AND ENGLISH LINE AT THE SAME TIME FROM TWO SEPARATE PHONES AND NO ONE PICKS UP!!!!

They seem nice but they charge you a penalty to end your coverage even if you bought a house. they tell me your welcome to leave if your not happy just pay what you owe us and next time

I rarely give negative reviews but I felt the duty to warn other people about this company. Their customer service is just awful, different people tell you different things and they make so many mistakes. Not to say that talking to an agent when you have an issue can easily take 2-3 hours of waiting time. Do yourself a favor and find a different company.

Waited an hour and a half with an insurance quote for a new car purchase. They were supposed to send the dealership proof of insurance. Dealership never received. Waited on hold another hour and 7 minutes again to get the proof of insurance. If you want business you need more staff or the option to call people back. Your service is also awful when you get a hold of someone. Looking into moving all my insurance elsewhere (originally was with SSQ which was much better on its own)
