The food was made fresh and was reasonably priced but just lacked flavor and seasoning. The beef was basically without any seasoning. It was flavorless more flavor taco time please and thank you

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Waited 15 minutes FOR A DELUX MEXI-FRY. They gave it to a different customer so I just left and they wouldn’t refund me. Literally worst experience and will never order again.

I ordered a meal and ate in at the food court this evening close to closing time. While I was eating a staff member left after her shift by hopping the counter. I was thoroughly revolted by this unsanitary behaviour and left wondering in what other ways hygienic and sanitary practices have been disregarded by this employee. I threw out the rest of my meal.

Usually have good service and good food but lately have been missing a part of my order or something is wrong with my order. Got all the way home and realized that my kid's quesadilla wasn't in the bag. Always ask for sour cream and last few times I've gotten ranch. I don't make reviews because I know everyone makes mistakes, especially if it's busy but it's getting ridiculous now that every time I go to Taco Time in KP something is wrong with my order. I hate being that person who stands there and checks my order but I think going forward I'll have to be.

Today we went there to order something. Unfortunately we didn’t know how to pronounce the item in the menu. We said that wrong. The three girls working there were talking about us and laughing on us constantly. They were making fun of us by imitating us.

I decided to stop at Taco time for the first time in months, the staff were very polite and kind even though I was there 5 minutes before close. I ordered the classic beef burrito and it was ready in a timely manner. What I didn’t realize is that they would microwave my burrito with the lettuce and sour cream inside, it was a good burrito but I’m not a fan of soggy lettuce. If this was just because I ordered so close to closing I’d be willing to give them another chance, but would personally pass if it is common practice.

Kinda mid crispy beef is best but they take kinda long to make some of their food but overall pretty good
