Josh, Andrew and Kaylee at the Costco wireless booth were exceptionally helpful with an issue I was having with my phone. They went out of their way to assist me with a memory card issue. Excellent service. Andrew helped us tremendously. He went through the various phone and plan options. He was knowledgeable, patient and very professional. In the end we got an amazing deal that we would not have been aware of, had it not been for Andrew taking the time to explain all our options to us. Thank you so much Andrew. I highly recommend WIRELESS etc. at the St. Catharines Costco Business Centre (just an FYI - they offer phone plans for individuals as well, not just for business owners, even though they're located at the Business Centre).

I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with the service at the Costco Business Centre Mobile Kiosk St. Catharines on Nov 17th. The rep had remembered all my details from the previous week, went above and beyond explaining, and helping. It was the smoothest process. And honestly - it feels like we rarely get to experience tremendous service levels anymore, and I walked away feeling so thrilled. Thanks for taking the time, and truly providing exceptional service.
