I have used Mr. Zou for 3 times for our house purchase/sales, his cost is very reasonable, and every time he helped us beyond the basic legal service. When we sold our house and the buyer wanted to break the contract, Mr. Zou provided advice to help us successfully protect ourselves from being harmed. At first, It was very bad experience, this lawyer was not professional, lacking of commitment: we had agreed on the fees, but during COVID, they over charged me $300 called COVID risk fees. they gave me hints that without paying the fees, the transactions might have been rejected.At last, The boss returned the $300 to me after my review. He apologized to me about his behavior. I forgave him. He still is a good boss.

I visited Eric Zou law office for a housing property transfer, and the service there has to be some of the worst I have ever received. Almost all communication is delegated to the secretaries or paralegals who are uncooperative, incompetent, and extremely ignorant of the law but will consistently argue with you, and even pester you to ask you to do the work on your own. For example, for the property transfer, the previous owners paid a dummy property tax value. I was initially skeptical of this but I was reassured by Mr. Zou that if there was a property tax discrepancy between what was paid by the previous owner and what I paid, I could come find him. I received an omit bill at the end of the year detailing what the tax was, and when I tried to contact them, I was redirected to the secretary's phone, who was completely clueless as to what an omit bill was and refused to do anything until I got a full property tax bill". I went back to city hall to try to explain the situation and were shocked to learn that a legal office handling property transfers do not understand what an omit bill is. After having another painstaking conversation with the secretary they finally agreed that they would look into it. After a month
