We highly recommend that when considering REMAX you ask for The Golfi Team and specifically, Phil Golfi. I have know Phil Golfi for a long time but just recently drew upon his real estate expertise to sell our house in Welland, ON. Right away Phil was both cooperative, professional, and supportive. There is obviously an inherent conflict of interest for Realtors as they are making commission on the sale but Phil's advice was always honest and realistic.He reviewed in detail exactly what they have to offer and why their team has more to offer than most competitors in the regions they serve.
