Nikki Meyer. She did a great job working with me, never making me feel as though there was any pressure to it right away but made sure I knew what my options were at all times. Did not have what I wanted in stock but had it in within 2 days and I drove away happy!

They (the service and parts departments) have treated me and my rust bucket very fair. No Complaints in my two years plus of getting work done here. I haven't bought any vehicles so i cant comment on the sales department too much, i just got a quote once. they seemed alright, no pressure!

These guys were terrific as Kentville Mazda. Now that it’s Bruce Mazda, the prices have increased, the service is lacking, and they refuse to acknowledge or fix issues they caused. As if a tire change should cause brakes (that aren’t even worn enough to recommend replacement) to immediately start squealing. I confirmed with another well known and well reviewed mechanic shop in town that it is not likely the brakes would *immediately* start squealing. I will not be giving this Mazda outlet one more penny.

Sales staff was good. No pressure on the sale, however didn't want to negotiate on sale or trade much. On the bright side, I got almost exactly the vehicle I wanted, I would shop there again.
