Kwest Muay Thai & Kickboxing

I was a long time student myself and know how much fun and a great workout kwest was. Now I have brought both my boys 4/7. Both have had a blast and the instructors have been great with keeping their attention and being patient with them. Both boys come home sweaty and excited for the next class. Win/ win!

Started training here 3 years ago with zero experience in fighting. Best decision I ever took.Excellent workout. All instructors are knowledgeable, kind an accommodating.They have something for every level. The workouts can be fun, or they can be brutal depending on the level that you want to do. It is a great atmosphere to be in.I'm very happy I joined this school. I'll keep coming as long as my body lets me :).

I thought that it would be difficult at first to get my daughter to be consistent in going to these classes however I was very surprised at how much she loved it and became dedicated. She looks forward to each class takes the exercise and the lessons very seriously especially considering she is only 10 and definitely enjoys and appreciates the connection she’s developing with the teachers that are there. The amount of instructors ensures that she can have one on one time almost every class and she’s able to really develop and hone her skills so that there is progress each class. Not only is it fun but you can see that if you’re serious and committed you can really begin to develop overall! My daughter loves it and she is home from school to ensure that she can make it on time. Sometimes she’ll jump out of her room wearing the gear and wanting to practice. Great exercise, great lessons, great teaching, we’re loving it! Very excited about her future with Kwest, highly recommend!

I started at Kwest about a year ago and have had a blast! The instructors are very kind and understanding, and the atmosphere is one of learning and development. Everyone is always teaching me things about the sport, in and out of class. I would recommend Kwest to everyone looking to learn the sport, have a great workout and make new friends.

Great Muay thaï gym ! I was in Winnipeg for a day and needed a workout and they gave me a really good push. The coaches and staff are really nice, I appreciate the hospitality!

I have been a member of Kwest since 2005. The best part of my day is going for a workout. The staff, equipment and and facilities are always the best. It is great how the staff work with all members especially the kids program, they make every learning experience fun.

Great workout, very friendly instructors and experienced at a price you cant beat. Lots of nice people and relaxed atmosphere. Always a fun time every class. Great way to burn calories and get limber. 5 stars!

This gym made me fall in love with Muay Thai and kickboxing! I’ve always wanted to compete in kickboxing or MMA and when I tried this gym I was met with the most supportive coaches and staff I have ever experienced. The environment was amazing and when I hit pads for the first time and hit a knee strike I knew this sport was for me. The couches are amazing and really care about you which to me is super important when picking a gym.

These guys are awesome. They have classes at 5:30 so I can go right after work, and I work up a proper sweat every time. It's a good way to fit more exercise into your life.
