These people are fantastic" and do "great" work. I had them do a survey/property line for fencing and they did a fantastic job and also met with my neighbour to make sure all of her questions/concerns were covered. They also gave us some great insight on questions we should ask the by-law office here in Richmond Hill before a fence is installed. I would "highly" recommend P. I usually don't write reviews, but this company is so incredible that I just couldn't resist sharing one of the best experiences I've had from a company.I was looking to get a property line constructed on my front lawn. After reviewing my land survey from the 1980's I noticed that Salna Surveying has done the land surveys for my whole street. From the first call to the last call, the staff are committed to providing you with great service and educating you on the whole process. No question goes unanswered. Every level of staff is accessible. I've had the manager call me several times to answer my numerous questions. There is no pressure or no sales pitch when you call them. After a few calls , I finally made up my mind and they worked everything to my schedule.On the day they were scheduled to do my work, I had a minor conflict with timing. Once again, the manager, the field crew and other members of the team, worked to accommodate me. Everyone was very understanding and they just wanted a happy customer. Pat and Carl worked on constructing my property line. They are professional, highly skilled and very personable and friendly. They explained everything to me, they walked me thru the process and left me armed with all the information I needed to know about my property line. Shortly after Pat and Carl left, their office called to make sure I was pleased with he work. The company is very big on making sure you are happy with their service.This company is a rarity, it's so hard to find a company that treats you as a person not a number Their pricing is incredible. The whole staff invest 100 percent into your job. They stand by their great work and really care about their reputation and providing a great service. I called this company to verify 2 measurements on a survey they did in 2000. I wanted to make sure of the property line before I built a fence, and was told that they could not help me.I explained that it was their survey that I wanted to clarify these measurements. For whatever reason they said no.Wow true professionals
