The female owner here is extremely rude, ignorant, arrogant and disgusting. I went there to make an inquiry about opening an account with them , in short she told me to leave immediately and that she wouldn’t sell to me because she has customers that are spending over 100k at her store every year, that I don’t have a GST number & that I wouldn’t be any where near the numbers of her higher end customers. Like how do u know? I could be a millie man for all you know woman. The sky’s the limit & I have a verifiable track record to prove it. I am not mad or upset & there’s no animosity. I’m utterly disappointed that someone working in such a position felt the need to be so disrespectful for such a minimal reason. A customer service educational course is required and a better business report shall be made!
