This place has be improved so much lately! A lot of varieties and selection for all ages and professional, well organized, my favorite store to go for a really good bargain.

I went this store for purchase a gift stuff and met with Melissa entrance of the store. I was so lucky she helped me for everything I wish to all customers like this polite person.

Good selection of men's and kids clothing. Been able to find what I wanted at a good price multiple times.

I was shopping today at The Bay Devonshire Mall.Every employee that I passed said hello to me.I was impressed.I was asked if I needed any help.Sometimes it is very hard to find staff at stores these days to ask for help.

Hudson's Bay sometimes has good stuff with good prices. Bought some in-store and online before with no issues. However, this particular Hudson's Bay branch at Devonshire Mall in Windsor has lost my business. Twice now I went to their jewellery department. There's this older Asian lady who works there who does not seem to be interested in helping me (a paying customer). She was abrupt when I asked her for assistance. She didn't even follow-up. She sounded like I was gonna rob them or something. I was looking at some earrings in a case, been standing there for 3 minutes and she didn't even come up to me while an older White lady walked up looking at the same case and the Asian saleslady asked her what she wanted and still dismissed me. Talk about discrimination. I understand they're busy now with the holidays but this is not good customer service.

One of the clean and organized store at Devonshire Mall. I always buy all my Clinique skin care products .Staff are helpful.

I hope we can keep some anchor stores, such as Hudson Bay. I went looking for professional attire for my daughter, and I was able to find some lovely pieces!

Wanted 15 minutes for someone at the fragrance counter, only to have them excuse themselves to go help someone else, twice. I went to Sephora and bought my perfume, the same one at the same price.
