The clinic very clean and organized.Our GP Dr. Sun is amazing, very informative, super friendly and makes us very comfortable to discuss our health.The receptionists very friendly and very professional.I highly recommend the Clinic and Dr. Sun. Even we live in Surrey, it's really worth the traveling.

I was fortunate enough to find Dr.Christina Sun once my doctor retired. Dr. Sun is not only knowledgeable but also so sincere, friendly and caring. I never feel rushed in an appt., yet she is almost always on time. She works Saturdays and does both phone and in person appointments and I can’t say enough about her. She also moved to a very nice, clean office space that is so welcoming.

Dr. Larry and all the team members of Coppersmith are very approachable and friendly . They made me feel very comfortable. As to Doctor Larry , he is one of the best doctor I’ve encountered in BC . He is exceptionally good . He listen well to my concern and ensure that I’m giving the best care . To all the staff members, they are very kind and patient to me when ever I have inquiry and concern . Thank you for taking care of me .

Dr. Christina Sun is an incredible family doctor. She's reliable, caring, and thorough. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the medical help you need. The other staff at Coppersmith are great too, very friendly and helpful. My family is so grateful to have Dr. Sun as our GP.

I had a skin condition on my leg which my family doctor referred me here to see the Dermatologist....I didn't feel comfortable and cared for, but maybe because the skin condition wasn't something deadly. Anyways, when I wanted to ask if what I had on my leg is similar to what I have on my torso...HE TOLD ME TO HAVE MY GP TO REFER ANOTHER APPOINTMENT otherwise he will be loosing money?????????? I was in there 3 minutes : ) I didn't know how much money he could have lost if he spend another minute with me???? It's sad that we have limited resources of medical help that he's probably the only Dermatologist in Richmond. Leaving us no choice but to go see him.

Dr Jennings is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and patient. She makes me comfortable and has taken every concern I’ve ever had seriously. She’s great with my young son. The reception staff here have always been friendly and empathetic for all of our interactions and things are always running on time (which I know can be out of everyone’s control at times but you can tell everyone here does their best to ensure it happens)

Yesterday I had a long awaited appointment there with Dr.Chung. Unfortunately when I arrived the only elevator in this building was out of service.This was a big problem for me as I am elderly and not very mobile. However, the clinic staff went over and beyond to get me to the 3rd floor. Thank you very very much for your efforts.

The reception is friendly in person and on the phone. The doctors here are kind and foster an open and peaceful environment. Location is kind of funny. But still a worth while clinic. Especially great is Dr. Sun! I followed Dr. Sun from another clinic. Because she is just that good, she listens to her patients and connects with them, she is not dismissive.

Dr. Sun has been our family doctor ever since our doctor retired. We started seeing her since her first clinic in the other location. She is caring, friendly and listens to our medical needs every time. She even returned my call at one point after her clinic duty. I can only say positive remarks about her because in my experience (my family as well), she shows positivity and that’s crucial in dealing with some health issues. I’m grateful to have her as our family doctor, and deserves to be commended for what she does best.

Horrible clinic. I am so glad that I didn’t even make it into my appointment because they cancelled it. They cancelled it because I can’t wear a face covering due to a severe allergy, which was the reason for my referral to them in the first place.If you can’t be accommodating to all patients and their conditions, then you shouldn’t be operating. What a pathetic excuse for a “medical” clinic. I hope they go out of business.
