BEWARE! This Shoppers will leave sale prices on the shelves that are no longer on sale when you ring them up. And customer service sucks. If you can go to the Shoppers just east of Chaplin it has great service and larger store with more product anyways.

Spoke to the pharmacist for a prescription refill. She came off as impatient and frustrated at my unfamiliarity with esoteric prescription lingo. It was a fairly straightforward request, and sure I asked a few ancillary questions, but instead of trying to work through my questions and concerns, I was sort of stonewalled and greeted with an air of hostility if I didn't ask the right question or provide a perfect answer to her questions. The whole call was about 2 minutes. She hung up before answering one of my questions. Honestly the whole conversation ruined my day a little bit. Not my first time dealing with this pharmacist. I'll say this isn't a one-off with her. Hoping she reads this and chooses to be a bit kinder with people in the future.

waiting to check out behind eight other upset customers...with ONE cashier!...adn the self check out machines are not being used. Management, wake up and listen to your customers before you loose us. BTW, when I called later to share my experience with the manager, it became apparent that their customer service phone line goes into a perpetual loop...so you can't even reach a person by phone.

Disgusting store location constantly smells like something nasty today it smelt like urine I walked in looking to buy my makeup and immediately upon looking I had an employee following me she was staring at me the whole time like I was stealing I asked my boyfriend to go ask her if she knew where the tweezers were and she showed him I was then ready to check out and the self check out line was pretty full the same lady walks in-front me tells the next customer to go in-front and take the next self check out and I must pay at the register because she works in cosmetics and the store requires she gets commission for all cosmetics I said excuse me I have never heard that before I said do you think I’m stealing. She said it’s not that the store requires her to get commission for all cosmetics made me pay and I was angry and just left the receipt that’s nonsense I have never heard that before she is rude and ridiculous

I've been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. The pharmacists and managers are very friendly and you can tell they care about the customers. They were very accommodating, I'll definitely be back!

Very disappointing customer service. They did not email my receipt as requested then gave me a hard time to print a physical copy and keep it at the cashier for when I can return. They when I returned they made very little effort to find the receipt or provide assistance.

The team here really helped me in a bind yesterday. David was particularly helpful and made my experience easy and seamless!

Never been to a worse Shopper's location. The food refrigerators STINK. It smells like a corpse when you open them. Expired and moldy food on the shelves, mostly the meats and cheeses. The manager there is very rude and dismissive and smells like BO every time I have seen him. Prices on the shelves are not updated and current. How on earth Shopper's has not addressed these issues is beyond me. Avoid like the plague.
