Bay Avenue has always been the best place in the kootenays to go to for your musical needs, or even if you're in downtown trail and need to kill 10-20 minutes.The staff is always extremely friendly, polite, and ready to answer any questions about inventory or items if you're not someone who's very familiar with a certain instrument in the store.They've always been relaxed about letting me try out any guitar i may want to, even if they know I don't have the money at the time to buy it.Good selection of strings, picks and fun gimmicky stocking stuffer instruments as well as a large selection of other quality instruments.I would definitely choose this store over an online retailer if possible, not just to support a great local business, but also to support genuine members of our little kootenay community.
