Crew was super professional and efficient. original quote was for 3-5 hours and it took them 3.25 hours. Positive attitude from the moving crew for the entirety of the move. Awesome to hear the crew complimenting each other on their work ethic and abilities. only disappointment was their surprise in receiving a decent tip. this is low paid work that is exceptionally hard. A good tip should be the norm, not the exception.

My Mum had to move out of her home after the death of my father. The two gentlemen who were our movers were lovely and kind to her. They were also fast , efficient and very careful with everything. The staff I spoke to on the phone when booking were friendly and incredibly helpful. I couldn't recommend these people enough! We are very pleased

Great service! From the initial booking and the customer service simply from the phone, to moving everything to our new apartment. The crew who moved my items was awesome. I was very pleased with the way they packed our kitchen and the way they were careful with our things. Definitely would hire them again!

I just used Two Small Men with Big Hearts for the first time a couple of days ago. I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a move. Their rate is very reasonable compared to a couple of other companies I had contacted. They also arrived exactly at the time I had requested. If you use this company, ask for Josh and Aaron. Both were very efficient, polite, pleasant, and friendly. I wish they had had rolled-up carpet to walk on to keep the floors clean; despite this, I would without hesitation hire Two Small Men with Big Hearts on my next move, and ask for these two professional and efficient movers. If you are looking to move I highly recommend this company. We had Zach Aaron and Josh and they were amazing!! The most polite, kind, hard working, thorough and careful men. It’s true that good employees are hard to find these days but these three men were absolutely incredible!!! I cannot say enough good things about those guys, other than that they should all should be applauded and celebrated in their company. Due to a truck breakdown the move was delayed by 5 hours for which I was amply made aware of. Once the truck and 2 men arrived all went quickly and very smoothly. Bonus was my actual cost was less than my quoted estimate.

I was skeptical when Sarah, Hayden, and Maggie showed up to move some large furniture that had been gifted to me from a friend who was moving away. They worked so hard and were personable and professional. I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently they moved the couch and large desk. Small but mighty! I wouldn’t hesitate to have them move my possessions. They were awesome!!!

This was my first time booking with Two Small Men with Big Hearts and they truly lived up to the name!! The office team that scheduled my move were very helpful and made sure that everything was ready for move day. Jason and Logan arrived on time and were so friendly. They moved everything carefully and finished in record time. When we arrived at my new home, there were teams from the company moving others into the new development and everyone was so happy. I never thought a move could be fun, but it was. I also love their give back program, so if you pay with debit, the cost savings from the credit card fees go towards helping others. Highly recommend!! Awesome experience.

My experience with this moving company was absolutely unacceptable. Resulting in damaged property and insufficient time utilisation. Taking breaks as long as hours spending my time and money carelessly. Three man crew, 1 tool. Several pieces of furniture dismantled. The cherry on top being a condescending secretary that dismissed costumers concerns. The truck was “too small” requiring two trips though they had prior knowledge to the amount with a months notice. They even suggested we leave our 4 thousand dollar treadmill because the work load for 3 grown men was “too much”. This image below is one of the items that was damaged carelessly. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
