Homebody is my favourite place to buy gifts!! I came in with no ideas in mind looking for something for a friend and all of the employees were so so helpful. I’ve been back several times since for other gifts and have never left empty handed. Love it!

I want to love this store because they have a beautifully curated collection of home accents and clothing however I have been disappointed each time I've gone in. Shopping here makes me feel like I'm entering an Aritzia and unless I'm dressed on trend / very well put together, I don't feel like I'm given the time of day. Most recently I went to Homebody with my best friend who is a 10/10 and looked particularly lovely (gorgeous, love her!). When we entered there was nobody in the showroom but eventually a staff member came out and immediately fawned over my friend. I continued to browse for some time until eventually walking out of the shop because I literally felt like I didn't exist. Brutal feeling and I won't be returning

Shopping at homebody I experienced amazing service, and great merchandise. As an older lady I have felt very comfortable, i have loved all my purchases.

I was at Homebody yesterday May 11, 2023. The store is lovely with many unique items which would actually make great gifts! The girls working there were friendly ( they had a issue with their machine when it was time to pay so the girl behind the desk was so professional and concerned about my privacy that she suggested I type in my credit card on my own on her credit card machine ) I did buy several gifts there and even splurged on myself!

Unless your white or look like u live by the lakeshore they will not greet you at the entrance lol. Happened multiple times. Multiple girls working and not a single person greeted us but the next customer with a full smile and multiple hi how are you. It’s a small space you think we wouldn’t notice? Lol I brought a visitor from abroad and she was the one who pointed this out this time.

Been shopping here since their opening a couple years ago… have never experienced anything but the kindest and most helpful service. a wide range of styles, brands and price points.

My favourite store on this planet! The girls who work there are so genuine and make you feel the best while shopping! They are so helpful and welcoming, and the vibes are overall great. Go check it out i promise you won’t regret it.

How can they justify their prices? Almost everything is made in China and 100% polyester. Their margins must be huge because this place is basically just a well curated Shein. You’re being played if you’re paying $160 for a basic polyester sweater.

I walked into the store and within seconds the sell lady came up to me looked me up and down and said they are closing in 10 minutes. She made me feel like I don’t belong there. Extremely rude to say that to a guest walking in. I literally walked in to this store for a 1st time as I got notification that a new site opened up in my neighbourhood. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman movie. Horrible experience.
