Recently I took my 2014 town and country to Taylor Chrysler for a repair and had a wonderful experience. I ask for the Service manager Ryan who I dealt with before he is always straight-up as to what the issue might be. But anyone on his team can handle any issue. Their mechanics are truly the best who worked on my car.I believed dealers are the best when it comes to big important components on your vehicle. My car was having an issue so I explained that my battery warning light came on and voltage across the terminals were only 12.4v with the engine running. I got an appointment and brought it to the shop, they diagnose the issue within minutes as a faulty alternator, which Ryan already knew from my description and replaced it with 2 years warranty, I am back on the road no time wasted.Thank you Ryan and your mechanic for doing an excellent job.Richard T.QUALIKOMHamilton

I have 2 Jeeps and always loved it until I dealt with this dealer. Worst experience and still going. My key fob was stolen and I paid over $300 for 1 key fob and argued with Eric in the service area about making sure that my other stolen key is deactivate. Told me it was but then when it was time to activate the new key fob, Eric said if they erase the stolen key, all key may not work, after I paid. Also, the new key fob is defective and Eric is blaming me saying that’s not fully their key and that I might of replace it with a defective key. I was so angry, like how insane does that sound. I recorded some of our conversation because I really had it with this dealer. Now they are telling me I have to wait until end of September and I might get to order one if available. I didn’t get my money back or get a fully working key fob. Eric said his manager on vacation now and I have to wait until next week to see if there anything he can do. I told him that there’s a key available in Niagara Jeep, said he can’t order that for me and I’ll have to pay again if I want to get it from them. This is so frustrating, but I have to wait until next week to see what happen. Just worst customer service and accusing the customer is the worst of it.

We just bought another truck from this location this now being our 6 th purchase with the same salesman Roger, we continue to go here because of him and the excellent customer service he provides. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Thank you also to Frank and John for your help as well. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to go they will take great care of you!!

I have went to the Taylor Chrysler Service department 3 times in the last couple of months. One of which was an oil change, and the other two were problems/repairs. All of my experiences were excellent, the oil change was very quick, and the other two repairs were also done in a short amount of time, all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to this dealership/service department in the future.

Bought a 2015 200c from here in December for an agreeable price! Any issues I've had have been covered by the warranty so far.

I'd like to thank Ian, John and frank for their great service.I traded my truck in on a new 2021 ram 3500 and it couldn't of been easier even during a pandemic with covid protocols in place.Ian stayed late and even msged me on his days off to keep me up to date on the trucks progress and I appreciate it alot.Great and friendly people at Taylor Chrysler Dodge Hamilton definitely happy with everything and a great all around experience.
