SMR Plumbing and Heating
Our water heater tank broke and we were doomed to cold showers. SMR was very quick to fix the problem. Dave, the technician showed up at 8 am in the morning, checked out the problem and came back with a new water tank within an hour. Dave was very helpful and his service was great. Within a few hours we could take hot showers again. This was our second time we made use of SMR and they did a great the job the first time as well. Highly recommended.Rene

Amazing Service from SMR!It was a shitty start to 2023, literally as we had a sewer back up in our basement on January 1. The SMR team were able to help when everyone else was on vacation. Andy came in on his day off to save the day.Thank you Andy and the SMR team! Highly recommended and will use them again, just hopefully not to soon.

Do you want “a” Plumber or do you want a Plumber that can think outside the Box. Our go to Plumbing Company came through magnificently. - SMR Plumbing and Heating Service.We reached out to them and thankfully, they sent us Simon who excelled.We are Seniors who required a simple but unfamiliar plumbing task - (New Technology.) The fix was not very well documented anywhere. Simon worked diligently to think through the problem and implemented the solution quickly.We have used SMR Plumbing & Heating on several occasions and the outcome was once again great service!!! ""

Sean was great to deal with after our water heater went down. After a short call in the morning and a few pictures, he had his associate, Travis, to our house same day with a new tank and set up in a couple of hours. Great people, great service.

On a winter Saturday Sean responded within 20 minutes (and I mean, he was at my house!) to my frantic call reporting water in the basement. He identified the problem, and while repair was somewhat delayed by a 30 cm snowfall which certainly hampered digging up a tree to get at the water main break, it was still fixed very promptly. And everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. I should add that both Sean and Matt are a pleasure to deal with; friendly, encouraging and informative. An excellent company!

Sean and Travis have both helped us on two separate occasions. Once with a leak in the ceiling and the other for a slowing draining sink. Very professional and very responsive! 10/10 recommend this company
