Ashley did my hair for my wedding day. She gave me curls that lasted all day/night long, 12 hours with no touch ups! I've been going to Ashley for years to have colour/cuts and I'm always leaving there happy. Even when I just need a change in colour/style and I'm not sure what to do, I trust Ashley to work her magic and I've never been disappointed. She's truly amazing!

Ashley is a very talented hairstylist and she rescued me from a very bad hair dye experience that was done at another salon. She is very kind, honest and professional. I look forward to my appointments to keep my hair looking its best.

Ashley is amazing!! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a new style, beautiful colour or just a trim. She is such a sweetheart and always knows exactly what to do with my hair. I have long curly hair and she is by far the best stlyist I have ever been to.

Whatever you do, don't let her put layers in your hair. OMG. my once beautiful hair has been razor hacked. It looks like a two year old chopped random chunks off everywhere. I went back to have her try to fix it, but it still looks awful. Now am going to make a an appointment somewhere else to hopefully make my hair look presentable - at least what is left of it.

These days, we often don’t ask what the price is and trust that it would be within reason. My wife was charged $48 for a trim that took 10 minutes. She was happy with the cut though, so I won’t give you 1 star, but charging lawyer fees for a simple hair cut is pretty crazy...

I have been going to Ashley's Hair Design now for about two years, and having been to many different stylist through the years, I have never left feeling completely satisfied. Ashley is the exception to the rule. She is such a wonderful, talented stylist and I have never left her salon unsatisfied. She has given me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, and that is mostly because of the trust I have in her knowledge and capabilities. Her professionalism, positive attitude and knowledge is exceptional, not to mention the wonderful ambience of the salon itself. Since I started seeing Ashley I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. She is simply amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend Ashley's Hair Design to anyone.

This place is easily accessible off the Manotick Main Street. Lots of street parking, or two parking lots nearby. Sam is my stylist and she takes the time to understand what it is you really want from your hair style. I don't go anywhere else, we book our entire family for cuts every month for 6-8 months on advance. Lots of choice for other hair care and skin care products, with helpful recommendations from Sam. I even did some Christmas shopping there.

I've been to Ashley's several times now and she's quickly become my go-to stylist. She's great and professional but also very thoughtful and kind. A wonderful experience all around.

By far, my experience at this salon is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. There was a mix up (on owner's part) with my appointment and she was unable to do my colour in the time she had allotted but rather than offer to fit me in, make it up by staying late or offer me her earliest possible appointment, she simply said sorry
