Joel & Scott were absolutely great. My 85 yr old parents needed their septic system pumped out while we were in town to do the digging for them. They were on time, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their 24 hr turnaround for service. They made a big difference for my parents.

Do not use this company. They did not do the work, lied and said they were there longer than they were. Owner left reply to prior repair work stating I didn't hire them and pay them and that my realtor did, which is not true. I paid all charges and even my realtor said she would never use them again if she could help it. Horrible company! DO NOT USE!

We used Shamrock to inspect and pump out the septic tank of a house we were looking to buy a few years ago. As someone who did not grow up with a septic system they were great at relaying all of the necessary details and were thorough, honest, kind, and courteous. We purchased the house and just used them again to pump out 2 years later and will continue to use their services in the future. Always friendly and professional!

Shamrock Septic Service
We used Shamrock twice in the four years we have had our cottage. When we first moved in and then again in an emergency situation where we had overflowing issues or in our case no flow issues. Shamrock was quick to arrive and determined that it was the pipe that was frozen. They proceeded to pump out the tank and the catch basin to ensure those items would be ruled out. Prices are reasonable. We followed up with plumber to unthaw the line from the catch basin to the tank.
