Canada goose is our go to manufacturer for down jackets which sadly don't get a ton of use as we live in Los Angeles.My wife had been eying a bucket hat and since I was in town for the GP, decided to swing by before fp1. Was greeted by Rakeem who surprisingly spoke to my wife a few days prior as he had set aside the hat. We didn't have a lot of time but my buddy was eyeing a rain jacket which was sadly on hold for someone else. Apparently this was the same rain jacket that Ryan Reynolds was caught wearing and was sold out across Canada. It was forecasted to be a wet quali day on Saturday so my buddy was interested in the jacket. A few hours later, I received a call from Rakeem stating the jacket was available and seeing that fp1 was cancelled, we decided to head back to the Peel area to do some shopping instead of waiting around for fp2.Rakeem helped order 2 rain jackets for me and my 2 other friends ended up buying a total of 4 jackets. Was fun trying on my lodge jacket in their cold room. My upper body was warm but since I was wearing shorts, my legs were freezing!Cheers to Rakeem for the outstanding service and appreciated his patience with us as we tried hella jackets.Oh and my friends were completely dry on Saturday while I was soaked since I was wearing a semi waterproof jacket from a different manufacturer.

Poor return policy.I got the wrong size for my jacket. They returned me twice asking for me to clean up and bring it back. If it’s something acceptable by cleaning, then they’re definitely capable of doing so. Employees working there are really awesome though. But company policy needs serious improvement. Doesn’t build positive relationship with customers.Why should I go back if you don’t care to give me what I want? Of course, this is gonna be my first and last Canada Goose jacket.It doesn’t matter how much a thing cost, if a customer doesn’t like something about your product, you have to fix it.

We have visited this Canada Goose location twice and both times had a great experience! If you are going to buy a Canada Goose...do so in Montreal. The first time we visited it was in late December. We had to wait in a line outside which was REALLY cold, but once inside their customer service is top notch. I love that they assigned us a salesperson to find the right selection. The cold room is such a great way to test out your selections. The second time was in summer and there was no line. The sales staff were very attentive and helpful. I noticed the summer trip had less in-stock options (sizes/colors) but that didn't stop us from finding some great items. I always have a list of items I am interested in to make the process go faster, but they never rushed us. Would definitely go back! My only wish would be if they had sales or offered free items with purchase. Thank you!

Gorgeous store, phenomenal service and product quality. All my outerwear is Canada Goose as the quality is outstanding and the majority is still manufactured in Canada.Why four stars? The cheap perfume perfusing the store. Is that *really* necessary in this day and age?

Amazing staff! Everyone is kind, respectul and knowledgeable. I had a very positive customer experience. Shout out to Wiliam C. who helped us a lot (honestly I would give a shout out to everyone but I unfortunately don't know their names!)

Had a great experience shopping at this brand new store. Regarding the negative reviews about the store opening, yes, we did have to wait in line outside. But the staff provided hand warming pockets as well as water if needed. It would be virtually impossible to have any pleasant shopping experience if the whole crowd was inside at once. Now regarding the store itself, it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The store was really clean and had most models and sizes. The cold room is a great addition as well !

Beautiful store display! I came in looking just to browse and was helped by a lovely associate. Zoey was our sales associate that greeted us at the door she explained how the store works and how the temperature of each jackets were ranked. She was very knowledgeable with all the products. Although I did not make a purchase I will definitely be coming back and will only ask help from her. The manager at the door was very nice as well.

I never intended to buy a Canada Goose garment, particularly because the company does not have sales even though every other clothing retailer in Montreal (and around the world) offers significant discounts during Black Friday, Boxing Day, and when a season is ending and new merchandise are arriving for a new season.While Montreal has had a mild" winter so far this season
