The staff at this location are so incredibly slow. Three people working behind the counter and it took a full 11 minutes to get a smoothie with only 1 person ahead of me. They had plenty of time to stop and talk to the boy from the cell phone store across the hall though. They were also completely out of lids.

Turnover appears high, havent gotten a good beverage here in a while due to the constant change in staff. Inconsistent taste and quality. This location is going down hill. I was once a loyal customer and used to visit almost every day, but I will no longer be coming to this location. Staff didnt know how to process a discount, I let it go. I decided to ask for a bit more protein to compensate for the difference I wouldve saved on my drink but the guy turns around and pretends to scoop another supplement/powder in thinking I didnt know that the whey protein was in the other container beside him ...... greatly disappointed.

One particular staff at this location is always rude especially to visible minorities. The straw that broke the camel's back was her offering my smoothie to 2 other customers while I stood by, they both rejected it and she waited another 5 minutes before handing me my smoothie. When I complained, instead of apologizing, she rolled her eyes at me. Complained to the manager, nothing was done. Very unprofessional behaviour for smoothie that isn't cheap. Treat your customers better.

The employees and the smoothies are always great but sadly booster juice seems to always understaff this location.They have 1 person running around serving an entire line of people, greedy corporation.

Got two smoothies today. First first one she didn’t put yogurt or the whey in. It was banana, chocolate almond milk and ice. The second one was also missing the yogurt, whey and banana. It was milk and ice. I really wish I was making this up. I had to go back to work so I couldn’t go back. Won’t bother coming back in either.

Good experience today. There was a line up around 1:30 pm, so it took a little bit of time to be served. The two staff members were approachable. One had a mask and the other not. Once my order was placed, I received the juice faster than I thought. The location is convenient. It would have been great if the prices were clearly displayed. Therefore, there would be no surprise at the register.

Ordered a Tropi Kale smoothie with extra banana and mango which I paid extra for ( not the issue). I was given a smoothie that tastes like kale blended in water. I used to be an assistant manager at booster juice and made hundreds of tropi kales. They clearly didn’t use pineapple juice or apple juice for the base…just water…and as for the other ingredients and extra that I paid for they are clearly barely there. I’m incredibly disappointed and they were also very slow. There were 2 people in front of me who got their smoothies and 2 people after me who got theirs before me.Just awful.There’s a recipe list for a reason. It’s an incredibly easy job and each smoothie is very simple to make.I’m surprised this location has lasted.I love booster juice but WILL NOT return to this location.Thanks for the gross kale water.

Is got a banango burst. Did not have the correct measurements and got at least a 1/2 cup of ice in it Didn't have any flavor and when I asked the girl Because I was watching her prepare it I said that does not have the correct measurements and she said yes it does I know that it didn't.poor service and don't like to be lied to my face.

Passed by them 10 min ago wanted to get fresh juice me and my wife , the lady who works there said no more fresh juice anymore what a bad management that they Dont have fruits.
