This place is THE BEST! As someone who is extremely indecisive, Margaret helped me pick out frames with patience and kindness. They are pros, honest, compassionate, professional and very reasonably priced.

I definitely recommend their service.First time I passed by was to fix something on my glasses that I didn't even buy there. They fixed it for free. I never forgot that.When I got vison covered under my benefits plan I decided I would pass by for eye exam and to check what they had available.I booked an appointment but found out kind of last minute my qorkong schedule changed and would not be able to make it. I called early one day in advance and they were able to help me with another time that week (which was important since I was going to travel the next week.When I went pick it up. They gave me a good price and found extra lens free of charge for me.Margareth is very helpful and sympathetic, as well as the other workers.

Margaret and her staff helped me choose the right frames for my face shape and recommended the best lenses for my vision and work needs. Plus, my glasses were ready within a few days of placing my order. Everyone there was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. She offered me a variety of options while giving me her professional opinion in fitting and sizing especially what would work best for my face and my high prescription. This place has incredible services. My family and I have  been going to Margaret (the owner) for 20 years as she is kind, helpful, trustworthy and highly professional.Margaret has worked with my high prescription with exceptional knowledge when selecting new glasses as the lense can be complicated with a -10 thickness. She also recommends me frames best suited to my face with a genuine touch of honesty to her work. This place has handled our vision needs with not only great expertise but personal care which is quite difficult to find.Wonderful customer services that goes above and beyond. To add, given that I live downtown Toronto she even once dropped off my contact lenses to my parents local mailbox due to my unavailability.Strongly recommend.
