Perfect bridal shop for a bride looking for something classic and modern. Customer service was wonderful - thank you Sarah! They do a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcomed.I was also very impressed that they had such a large range of sizes to try on and their online store shows dresses on various body types. After visiting some other boutiques that only had small sample sizes available to try on, the experience at this boutique was far superior.Dresses are locally made and designed in Vancouver!

I arrived Lovenotes 2 weeks before my wedding to find a veil. They were actually closed because they had been shooting some content but the Sara was lovely and let me in anyways, and was so patient with me! the team was then were super fast at communicating when i emailed about rush ordering. Thank you Lovenote for your patience and for accommodating a procrastinating bride ;)

I could have walked out with any Lovenote dress and been happy, their selection is fantastic! I love that they are size inclusive and locally (Vancouver) based. Everyone working there was very lovely and helpful, and I ended up purchasing my wedding dress with customizations. It was so appreciated that I could mix and match some of the dresses so that the end result was exactly what I wanted, I didn't have to make concessions. I can't wait to see the final product!

Please consider this a Lovenote to Lovenote (I'm sure I'm not the first person to say this, but truly - the most apt name for this most lovely business).I was visiting town from Seattle and inquired about an appointment fairly last minutedly since there were so many lovely dresses from this house of brands that are difficult to find all in one place elsewhere - which was met with an extremely accommodating response.This also happened to be my very first time trying on dresses and since I was visiting Vancouver with my fiancé - I decided to buck tradition and had him come along. It was a surprisingly touching experience for us both to be in that beautiful space. Afterwards, my hubby-to-be shared with me that seeing me as a bride" was so special for him - and for both of us made our wedding planning feel far more real and

I had such an amazing experience at Lovenote!First appointment with Alix was so easy and so much fun — I came with a few girlfriends, and she gave us each some clothespins so we could explore all the dresses and put a pin on the ones for me to try. All of the dresses at Lovenote are made with high quality, flattering material, and each one is beautiful in its own way — it’s easy to find a dress that suits your own unique style! Once I’d tried on a bunch and found the one, Alix helped me envision what the dress could like with a bustle and different veils and accessories. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable, never pushy, and just made the whole experience a total breeze! <3Later on I was trying to decide on accessory colors, so I booked another quick appointment with Alix, and she let me bring in swatches of what I was thinking and helped me narrow it down to put together more of a complete look — so helpful.Finally, when I went to pick up my dress (which was done earlier than I expected), Sarah was lovely. She put me in touch with their recommended seamstress, then ran me through general storage instructions and how to care for the crepe fabric — honestly pretty low maintenance, will just need a quick steam around the hem closer to the day.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience — this has been one of the most fun, least stressful parts of planning our wedding!

I had two wonderful experiences at Lovenote, it's no surprise I found my dream dress here! Alix and Gabby were both so warm and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable throughout the process of trying on different dresses. Out of all the places I shopped at, Lovenotes designs were the only dresses that made me feel beautiful on the spot and comfortable in my own skin (without feeling like I had to change anything about myself to look good on my wedding day). Thank you so much! I can't wait to slip into my dress in June and feel like ME!

Had the most wonderful experience at lovenote bridal. My mom, mother in law, sister and myself were greeted warmly and ended up having the whole studio to ourselves. It was a beautiful place to spend the morning trying on dresses. We were given ample time to find what we were looking for and had so much fun in the process. I ended up purchasing my dress at lovenote not only because it was a beautiful design and fit, but also because of the fun atmosphere and experience we had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their dress!

I was introduced to Lovenote by way of Instagram, TikTok, and a number of loved ones who had previously worn Truvelle dresses for their own weddings, and fell in love with the Lillie so was so excited to make an appointment for my own dress shopping.My appointment in Gastown happened to be my very first stop and I was blown away from the moment we arrived. Sarah, who took care of me, was so welcoming and patient the entire appointment.I just so happened to try on a dress suggested by my sister at this first appointment and experienced what can only be described as ~THE MOMENT~, but was hesitant to make a decision then, given it was my first ever appointment and felt I needed to give myself the opportunity to try other places before making such a big commitment. There was never a time where I felt pressured into making a decision or trying something that would make me feel uncomfortable.When I came in for my follow up appointment in early June, that same care and support was present with Sarah and so was the sensation that washed over me getting to try on the dress I'd been thinking about since April. That dress is now mine... I guess you really do know when you know!As someone who is short and curvy, shopping has always been a scary (or downright unpleasant) experience, so I was nervous for wedding dress shopping. I am so beyond happy with the experience I had at Lovenote, both in the customer service from Sarah and in the sizing options available in the studio. It's obvious that this is a brand that values their craft and understands that all kinds of people and bodies want - and deserve - to try on beautiful garments that will fit, and that matters.I cannot recommend them enough and am so excited to share pictures when it's time!
