I recently visited the Pandora Oshawa Centre location to exchange a bracelet I had purchased the previous day for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately, my experience with Leanne was extremely disappointing. She did not acknowledge us in-store and kept talking to a guy, who appeared to be her boyfriend, about personal matters. We had to request her to check if they had the size we needed, and she gave us the impression that we were bothering her. When she finally brought the right size, she opened the clip using her hands instead of using a tool, which could have potentially damaged the jewelry. When I tried to make my experience better by telling her that I had purchased the item for my wife's birthday, she didn't even acknowledge my comment and very rudely told us that the sale was final. She also gave us the impression that all the items we had purchased, including the ones from another location, were final sale. The Manager on duty with curly back hairs was aware of this but she did not try at all to make the experience better.I'm highly dissatisfied with the experience provided by Leanne. She was unprofessional, rude, and seemed unfit for her job. I had a fantastic experience at the Vaughan Mills location, but my experience at the Oshawa Centre location has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the management will take note of my feedback and take necessary steps to improve the service provided by Leanne.

First time in the store today, I intended to casually browse at rings. The young sales associate was nice but made me feel very uncomfortable. She was literally following me inch by inch and it felt like she was breathing down my neck. I know her intentions were to be helpful but she made me feel very awkward and I had to get out of the store ASAP. I asked to try a ring on just to try and get her off my back so I could breath for a minute. She meant well but maybe management could educate staff on customer service etiquette or something because I felt smothered!

Very rude manager/senior sales.I bought my girlfriend a chain and charm online for her birthday and picked it up in this store last week. The chain was too long and so we went to change it for a smaller one. The lady (Sarah) who served us was very friendly but didn’t know what to do so she asked senior staff to help. The senior staff member then refused to issue a refund and said it can’t be done and was very blunt/sharp when doing so. I showed her on the Pandora website where it says to come into store and applicable refunds will be processed and she simply refused. Made my girlfriend very uncomfortable and all in all made the experience unpleasant. Will be filing an official complaint

Wish I could give zero stars. Called the manager to talk about a ring that was given to me as a gift that was the wrong size. She was so rude and talked to me like I was stupid. She said there is nothing she could do to help since I lost the receipt after moving. Said she wasn’t going to help me in such a condescending way. Went through head office and they were amazing and sending me a gift card and apologized. Won’t be spending the gift card at this location.

I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet. I am getting one for Christmas with a charm. The ladies were fantastic and showed us a lot of variations bracelets and charms. Very helpful in tailoring our purchase within our budget. Will definitely shop here again . Cannot wait to wear it.

I went to Pandora with my 3 kids to buy my daughter a gift for her 11th bday. I asked her what she would like and she pointed at a beautiful rose gold bracelet. I kindly told the lady that I will take the bracelet with 3 charms. She seemed reluctant and told me that the charms is priced at 50 something dollars only and the bracelet is actually 300. I felt really taken back and since I didn't ask for the price. I said that it's fine very stern. I didn't like the fact that they also ask me for ID, the bill was only around 600 or so, I spend more at times at Costco. If this is indeed a policy Pandora should have a sign at the front of the cashier stating this. My other daughter's birthday is in April and she wants a necklace. Something in me would feel like a fool to go back there. A black young woman who has to show ID also being treated like I can't afford a bracelet. Doesn't sit right with me. Pandora needs better training, if someone says, I'll take a bracelet and 3 charms" please just say ok no problem and go from there. If someone ask for the price that's a different story."

I did not even know when I went in to buy my daughter a charm that they cleaned them and they offered this service they were nice. Anyway long story short they cleaned my little ladies charms and broke it not even a sorry and it is not replaceable. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING. I do want to say that Abby was fantastic though and it was not her that broke the charm. The other girl even has a picture and you can clearly see that it is not broken in the photo!! I also want you to know that this is a charm bracelet that we have been collecting parts for years now! It was also funny because if you guys have cams you will see that when she brings it out she does not show us the one she broke she puts it on my daughter extremely fast.Shame on you guys for braking a seven year olds heart and making her cry for over an hour.Called the number to no success waited 50 minutes on hold

Very disappointed with the customer service from Pandora. I don't normally complain, but when I received a ring as a gift for my birthday & it didn't fit, I figured I would have no issue at all returning/exchanging for a different size. Little did I know, they accused it of being worn and refused to do an exchange.The ring had only been out of the box once and that was when it was first gifted to me to try on and remained in the box ever since.The sales rep tried showing me the difference, but clearly the ring had probably been returned and improperly examined and placed back for sale.I will not be spending money on anymore Pandora products.

I purchased two charms for mothers day from Pandora at Pickering Town Centre. When I got home and showed them to my daughter, she liked a different one online instead. The next day I went to this store in Oshawa Center. I wanted to do an exchange for an item which was worth more than the item I was exchanging. I was told by them that I cannot exchange the item at their location since I had purchased it at PTC. She refused to do an exchange even though I had the receipt and the item was worth more than the item being exchanged. I ended up calling the location at PTC and they gladly exchanged the item for me. They even advised me that the oshawa location should have exchanged the item as per the policy. Mind you I was not returning the item. It was just a simple exchange for a higher priced item. I had to drive to PTC from OC just to do a simple exchange which could have been done at OC. They had the item in stock as well. Very disappointed, I will not be going back to this location. I called back to get the name of the employee and I was told that her name is Marlyn" and she is the store manager. Sad to know that the store manager does not know the policies set out by Pandora. Yet they made her the manager. Go figure!!!"
