I walked in and immediately saw the sofa that I wanted. The color, the style and design all in one. The price was reasonable and the staff was excellent. I even reach backed and got me a full bedroom set. I can't wait to lay in my new bed and enjoy my sofa with a chase. Thank you furniture giant

Do not but any sofa or furniture from furniture giant. I bought sofa bed and i am behind this guys from last 4 months there is no update from them. Sofa bed rolls out from the bed very poor quality. They say they will send technician to check but we have to pay from our pocket. No one contact us again. Siddharth, Komal were good while selling the product after my problem just giving the excuses. Attached is the picture.I recommend everyone please do not buy anything from furniture giant. very bad service by them..

I have had nothing but great experiences with all of my purchases. We have furnished a large majority of our home through Furniture giant. The staff is wonderful, great prices, and an overall great experience.

See they have FAKE 5 star reviews recently, all from foreign people. Pls be aware. They are fooling you.1. Delivered black sofa instead of grey sofa. Least expected.2. Sofa torn off after 1month of purchase.I would suggest please dont buy from this shop as they are selling cheap and defective product. You can call me if u have any doubts. I paid 1200$ for sofa and they didnot helped me.If u want to waste your money, go to this shop. Sidharth or Sid is a guy who tries to act oversmart and fool you. Dont get trapped in his selling tactics as he will not help you after product is sold. USELESS AND GARBAGE PEOPLE.

This the worst furniture store you will find in all of Canada, I am waiting for a couch and a love seat for more than a month now.when I reached out, harguneet the sales person told me they don't care about Canadian standard and they will deliver whenever they want. Mind you, I paid them in full. They literally mock you for asking for your products to be delivered. Soon I will be reaching out to the consumer protection office and remind them that they are operating in Canada and they cannot do this here.

Best place to get furniture guys. There are so helpful, friendly and nice. They always show you all the options. They give me the best choice for my living room and my bedroom. Thank you sami for all the recommendations you’re really helped me a lot keep up the good work.

Went to look for a new couch. I was immediately greeted and the associate was very polite and helpful. I found a beautiful sectional quickly and it was delivered to me in 3 days. Great experience and I will use them again and recommend them for furniture needs.

The queen bed set with mattress I purchased from Furniture Giant has been an absolute nightmare. The bed set's quality is abysmal, featuring flimsy materials and shoddy construction. It didn't take long for the bed frame to start creaking loudly, disrupting my sleep completely.To make matters worse, the mattress is unbelievably uncomfortable. It lacks proper support, leaving me with aching back and restless nights. It's truly disappointing that Furniture Giant would sell such a subpar mattress.The customer support I received from Furniture Giant was equally appalling. When I reached out for assistance with these issues, I encountered a complete lack of concern and unhelpfulness. It's disheartening to be treated so poorly, especially after making a significant purchase.

Bought a reclining sofa from them and within 6 months one the seats mechanism bent, from poor quality.I have been chasing after them for over 4 months to try and get the warranty covered ot even send someone to look at it. I'm even willing to pay for the repairs out of pocket, but they've been giving me the run around. Horrible experience with them.Would advise everyone to stay away from this scam of a company. Their warranty means nothing.Edit for reply to owner:Invoice is in the name of Alisha Fernandes, invoice number 3520. Multiple emails have been sent and I have spoken to several people to try and get this resolved, to no avail.
