Most the staff is super nice, and prices are good, but one of the staff, older dude, was wearing a face sheild half up and no mask, so I don't think I'll be going to this location anymore

Wine tasting bar needs re-think. It is often used as a storage space, I think. Counters are crowded.I believe we are paying a bit more for a better experience. So I expect better service.

Great seîwction of liquores! I specifically like the craft beer bar! You could ask for small taster and try them before buying! You are allowed to taste three different types! I liked the soury one.

I hate to complain but last night me and my girlfriend went to buy a box of wine at the sobeys liquor store close to our place, we usually shop there all the time!, we came home to cook and have some wine, unfortunately the wine was very sour and tasted like vinegar, we decided to comeback to the store and try to exchange it for a different box, unfortunately my gf didn’t keep the receipt and the supervisor told us that there’s nothing they can do without a receipt, we ended up buying another box from a different brand and left the bad one there, this time the wine was perfect, im just wondering if there’s anything we can do to get our money refunded from the first box of wine?, we have the transaction record on her bank account but apparently that doesn’t help, I checked the SOBEYS refund policy on the website and it says:A: Sobeys has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Promising 100% satisfaction and “no excuses,” the guarantee ensures money back or a free replacement on any item that left a customer unsatisfied for any reason.Update: they refunded me with a gift card!, thanks sobeys customer service!

Generally staff is friendly. But I am not sure all of them have customer service in mind, may be because people will buy liquor anyway. They need to improve their wine tasting bar practices so there is better customer experience for serious wine tasters who are regular customers.
