Awesome place and awesome people! Have relied on Healthy Roots for all my massage and acupuncture needs for many years now. Even during the pandemic and to this day, they have taken a considerable amount of precautions to look out for the safety and wellbeing of both clients and staff. This brings me ease and comfort as I have reduced contact in order to protect people within my close bubble like family, friends, and colleagues and always feel precautions are being taken to minimize risks as much as we are able to given the circumstances.

Healthy Roots is absolutely the BEST place in Regina for massage. I have gone consistently for years, and will continue to do so. From helping rehabilitate injuries, to regular massages, going there has really helped me to feel my best. I have nothing but glowing reviews. Highly recommend!

This is such a great place to go. The clinic itself looks great. I've been seeing Kayla for a few months. She's made a measurable difference. She has got at muscles that I've never had worked on by other therapists in the past. Staff are friendly and evidently care about their clientele. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed, as all staff here are super knowledgeable and dedicated to what they do.

Wow! I’ve been a Healthy Roots client for years and have always loved the service and personalized treatment but today was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised there were weekend appointments available to book, which is a rarity these days. I came in on a Sunday and had the pleasure of working with Adrian. He was attentive, very professional but also very personable. He listened to my concerns, offered some suggestions and made me feel very comfortable. I would 100% recommend Adrian and Healthy Roots. Especially if you can’t do the regular Monday - Friday 9-5 schedule. Thank you for having great, flexible working hours!

I have had my fair share of massages in the past few years and nobody really stood out. That is, until I had Kayla as a therapist! She was very friendly and strong enough to get the job done. I have seen Shalla on and off for 20 yrs and she is a great clinician. The office is great in every way. I saw Linaea today and she was also great. Very kind and understanding to the pain and discomfort I was in. She’s a great addition to the office. I believe if Shalla has anyone working at the clinic they are great. She takes pride in her clinic and I trust her and her colleagues.
