Professional, clean office, friendly staff and convenience hours. I had a dental surgery yesterday and it went extremely well. Dr. Safari and his assistant worked so smoothly and competently that I became very confident and relaxed during the whole procedure. There was almost no pain. If you ever had a bad dental experiences in the past no worries, Dr. Peyman Safari will restore your faith in dentists. I highly recommend this office and its team.

Horrible service. I went in to get a tooth removed cuz it was infected in my gums for the 2nd time n explained that I didn't have much money n my coverage wasn't active yet. They took an xray n did an exam n told me I should probly go to the hospital to have it removed (I've gone there to ask then to do exactly that before but they tell me to see a dentist), then they tried to charge me $70 when they already knew I didn't have alot of money not to mention they didn't actually help me. They gave me an exam despite the fact I already told them what was wrong n they gave me an xray they could've gotten from my previous dentist n prescribed antibiotics I was already given by the hospital the night before, then tried to gouge me for it. I informed them of all this as well. Straight up greedy, shady people.P.s. that's not true, I've never had to pay for an x-ray or an exam before when I didn't have coverage. Also they could've asked me about my previous dentist but they didn't. It was extremely unprofessional. Regardless of your attempt to salvage your reputation by twisting facts. Also I had told him I had already been to the hospital at Lionsgate n they told me they don't do that there. Vgh has a waiting list of 12 weeks, so where do you suggest I go? I already knew I had an infection, your dentists didn't help at all. They dismissed me then tried to charge me for nothing.

The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients have a positive experience. I am grateful to have found such a great dentist!

I was visiting from out of town when my temporary crown came off. They got me in early morning and were able to reattach it right away. Their staff was so understanding and accommodating. I’m so grateful they could squeeze me in and would recommend to anyone.

I cannot thank the whole team at IQ dental enough! From Terry McKay who intervened & helped me when I was in severe pain, when my original dentist (in Kitsilano) who did a preventative crown that went very wrong . To Dr. Safari & Ellie who did my root canal to the ladies at reception.My entire experience and was amazing and very astonishing Dr. Safari is an expert, I had a pain free root canal, painless needles, I had more clenching from holding my hands together anticipating pain than the root canal & needles itself.

Best experience ever. Staff was super friendly and DR Essi was so patient, informative and understood my hypersensitive teeth and made sure I don’t feel any pain during my cleaning. I would definitely recommend IQ Dental to anyone :)
