Received a brand new fixture as a house warming gift, and opened a freshly sealed box only to find a broken piece as well as missing parts. When I emailed the company (with pictures) and merely requested that they send me a new piece to replace the broken one that I received (there were no loose pieces in the box, which would indicate that it was packaged like this when new), I received a 1-line emailed response, stating that the item was no longer available. After replying to advise them that the item is still advertised on their website (and continues to be today), I was ignored, and received no further response. Terrible customer service, and another example of a company who's quick to make a sale, but refuses to offer an ounce of goodwill by standing behind their product.
