Excellent security Services and the management is great

Treated poorly by Security at local SSM business, attempted to call to reach a manger said security agent answered refused to escalate or provide me the name of his company. Had to call the company that security was being provided too get the correct information. When I finally got in contact North eastern head office I was basically thrown to the side and was offered no resolution. They would not take complaint over the phone.If you value you business and want it protected avoid this company like the plague. There are many other security providers in the area that care about their business and want to provide quality service. Check out norpro or KC security. These guys don’t care!
