I strongly recommend this place in particular a young guy by the name of Glenn! This guy figured out a trunk latch issue I had with my JDM in 45 minutes while Nissan charged me double what Visions charged me at $206 and had my car for 2 days and couldn't figure it out. Let that sink in for a moment, Glenn at Visions solved an issue that a room full of expert" and overpaid mechanics at Country Hills Nissan never figured out and he did it in less than in an hour. He found out the part number for me which then I ordered and went back to him to get it installed as the rear bumper needed to be removed and it's quite tricky. If you decide to go to Visions make sure you ask for Glenn. In the end Country Hills Nissan charged me more than if I would've gone to Visions and got the part."

Product is great. Customer service doesn’t exist there. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t approach you in store to see if you need help in car audio, they don’t accept payment over the phone. Building in desperate need of renovations.

I bought a pair of headphones from them for my dad's birthday. I asked about the return policy and they said 30 days doesn't matter if they were opened. I asked many times about this. when I came to return a $350 pair of headphones. They said no we can't the guy you told you that was wrong. The staff called me a liar a few times. I did not spend $350 on a pair of headphones to be called a liar by the store. The staff especially Raj refuses to admit when they make a mistake, which is a lesson we learn at the age of 3. There is no protection for the buyer. I would not recommend this place or any other location. The name of the person I dealt with and who called me a liar is raj. If he helps you are better off leaving. Most incompetent people work here. The manager had no sympathy that his awful employees cost me and my family so much money, after all, it's his poor training that led to this fundamental mistake in consumer service. Worst of all I wanted to return them because they don't work. They ended up resolving the issue. I can't remember his name but the person who worked with me today was very nice.

Spent over $9000 with Visions Crowfoot in the 2022 year, one of the installs for my truck they wrecked my rear seatbelt still haven’t addressed and reimbursed me and installed a stereo head unit and now have back feeding and clicking thru it, was in to see Kevin and let him know in January cause the previous salesmen was not there anymore who was looking after me (Gary) wish he was still there, have not heard back from Kevin, very poor customer service especially seeing how it’s not very busy for electronics stores

The store was dirty, and the boys were noisy, they ignored me as this was the second day, I came in to look at TV's. The price was higher than the day before and more than if, I had bought it online. The guy helping me was rude and rolling his eyes. The guys took forever to get the TV from the back, and when I got home there was a sticker on the screen that still there, as it is hard to take off. I will never shop there again. It made me give 1 star to post, I wanted to give zero.

Picked up a set of new Sony linkbuds, the salesman who helped me out was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't know they were Alberta owned and operated! Will definitely shop here again :)

These guys are THE BEST!!!!! My 17 yrs old son has twice gone in there and had the best help! The guys are knowledgeable and have saved him over 100$ which he was ready to pay on Amazon. They will do what they can to help you out.

starter installed at the end of October. The fob quit working. Kevin Spurgeon said it was the batteries. Charged me 7.35 for the batteries, said he gave me a deal . told me to go out and see if they worked. Not once did he get up and walk to my car with me. 3 months for batteries? He said the other ones were probably just old. Horrific service.

Kevin & Raj were so awesome! They gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had today. Was having some troubles with my car stereo system and they made the exchange seamless and it was a very positive experience. This is hands down the best Visions store in Calgary and I’ve never had a bad experience here!
