Taboo Hair Studio

My experience at Taboo hair studio was absolutely dreadful! I left the salon with tears in my eyes and an overwhelming feeling of anger. Even after two days, I still cringe every time I look in the mirror at the disaster that was created.The hairdresser who worked on my hair was clearly inexperienced and disregarded my requests. What's worse is that nobody was overseeing her work, and she just did whatever she wanted without bothering to ask for my opinion. The result was a complete disaster, and I absolutely hate my hair now.I found the lack of professionalism and care from the staff to be absolutely appalling. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect, and for my preferences to be taken into account. However, it was clear that the staff didn't care about customer satisfaction.I want to make it clear that I will never return to Taboo hair studio and urge others to avoid it as well. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I would have never thought that a simple haircut could cause so much stress and disappointment.

I went to this salon a while ago and was absolutely horrified after my experience. When I was trying to clarify a discount the owner started yelling at me and all I was doing was trying to hear what the lady was saying as I am hearing impaired. I left with horror after I realized that my hearing impairment was being disrespected. I would hope in this day and age that inclusivity and training would take place particularly for the owner. That woman is a few bricks shorter than a load. Will never be going back!

Saraa is an amazing stylist. She got the exact hair colour that I requested. I love that all the products they use are vegan and organic friendly. I can tell the difference in my hair when I’m done. It’s always so soft and silky. Highly recommend going to see Saraa for your hair colour needs!!!!

I have been going to Taboo Hair Studio for quite some time for a cut, hair treatment and high and low lights. The service is exceptional and the stylists are terrific, especially Sara. Her attention to detail, her professionalism and skill are above all. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been going to Shawna for a few years now, she's an amazing hair stylist and is always helping me execute my hair vision. Wanted to give a special shout out for the amazing hair she did for my wedding day - I highly recommend her!

So happy I decided to give this salon a try. I had my hair done by Sara, she listened to what I was looking to accomplish. She took her time with the colour and was extremely thorough. She managed to get a great blonde tone and removed any brassy tones I came in with. I was super happy with the cut and how it styled. Sara was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I had an amazing experience with Stefania G for my haircut. I was very hesitant to try a new place and a new hairstylist after my previous hairstylist completely ruined my haircut and I had to wait for 5 months until my hair grew back again. I was so impressed with my new haircut. Stefania is truly an artist. Will definitely go back!

Taboo Hair Salon is absolutely amazing!This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched!! Always great atmosphere, a perfect way to get pampered !! Highly recommend !!
