I went in for an appointment over 3 months ago, to remove some old temporary coloring from my hair. They bleached out my entire head, didn't tone it because they ran out of time, and left me with yellow/orange hair before a major event. I sent in multiple complaints with pictures to Chatter's email address ( that they keep asking people to send complaints to) and nobody even bothered to respond. I usually try and keep my Google reviews positive, but I do feel a bit like this was offside of them to not even offer a response.

Booked a hair appointment which was confirmed by the salon in the morning, only to have it cancelled 2 hours prior by another staff member. Will not book with Chatters again.

Always friendly! I'm always in love with my cut! I have had my cut saved on numerous occasions by chatters staff when I have gone anywhere else! I always get my hair cut at chatters now!!

Their prices are outrageous for hair care, but I guess that is to be expected nowadays. Main reason I am writing this review is because the last time I had gone in to purchase hair care, the ladies kept asking me if I needed any help finding anything like 3 times, which was really annoying because I wasn't at all suspicious and had kindly declined all three times. Made me feel very uncomforable and like they were watching my every move when I just wanted to shop in peace.

i got my hair cut here and while the hairdresser was very nice she did not listen at all to what i wanted and my haircut looks horrendous. it is way shorter than i wanted and is also very uneven.

Marilyn is an absolute dream! She gave me foils, cut and color and it's amazing. She's incredibly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I tend to be very hesitant when dealing with hair salons but she made it SO fun and I couldn't be happier with the results. Marilyn is truly an artist when it comes to her job and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a stylist to see her!

Seriously? I get you want your day to be over but don't close before closing time. I work 14 hours a day and rushed here to get the product I needed and you turned the lights off and hung the phone up on me. Not impressed at at all. It was still 10 minutes to closing!!! Cool guess I'll support Amazon instead, won't ever come here again for any service

Spent over $300 to get my hair colored and trimmed. It's so blotchy all over and looks like I went to the butcher for a cut. I will NOT recommend or ever return.

I haven’t been here in years..wow I had really neglected my hair and with a busy week and a wedding this weekend I walked in and no wait I got in fast.I met a young stylist who listened to me and put such bounce in my overgrown short style.She added layers that were the perfect volume and shape that I needed.No chunks. Fantastic blending and amazing shapeIt was so easy to do for work today.Her name was Emma.And is great with short styles I will definitely be back.
