Great service. They are always a real help. ATM machines are reliable.

They try to complicate everything for their customers. I keep going there because it’s close to my house, but now I decided not anymore.I went to change my address using my drivers license as a proof of new address. The lady said it’s not enough and I can do it online (online banking doesn’t let me change it too) . My husband went to a different branch and he got his changed right away.Awhile ago I wanted to pay to CRA for tax . The lady told me the only way is money draft I paid the fees and after that she told me we could have sent as a money transfer right to them.

There was lots of room for parking.

I was helped by Monica today, I was very disappointed in the service and she was not listening to what I was even saying. Usually my experience is always great here here.

I have never had a bad experience of any sort here. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. It always amazes me that they are able to remember so many people’s names and preferences. It shows me that they are willing to go above and beyond when I walk in and they greet me by name before I even present my card (aka I have not given them a way to remember my name via some manner other than their memory). The wait here is generally very short so long as it isn’t the time of the month that government checks come out. The cleanliness here always amazes me, even mid winter when you’d expect lots of salt to be dragged in. I’d have to say that due to the staff, this is my favourite Scotiabank location.

Having a simple question and phoning the local branch number, still get connected to the main call centre with a message that my wait time is greater than 30 minutes. That’s some great customer service!

All branches near me close by the time I’m done work. I switched to Scotiabank because of the later open hours. I need to replace my bank card but I’m unable to because of the hours.

Opened up a new account made a cash deposit and they put a hold on the account leaving us with out funds for a long weekend. Not impressed. Then you try to contact them and you get sent to 7 different people and still nothing. Who puts a hold on a cash deposit.

Terrible. Hands down most incompetent bank I have ever had to deal with... I had to go in 4 times to change my direct debit for my mortgage, each time was due to a small error on their end that should have been caught (missing signature, etc..). Huge lack of concern on their end to get in contact with me to explain what was going on and what had happened. Each time I had to go in and initiate the process to getting things resolved.. The hours of this branch are terrible for working people.. No accommodation.. I will gladly take a penalty and higher mortgage rate to never deal with this bank again.
