Dealt with the company many times in the past with fantastic service.Had their in house service tech Ken come to the house and work on several machines. He's on time, courteous and did a great job tuning several machines. This company (and Ken) are highly recommended.

Update: I am having issues with my sewing machine and i called to see if they could fix it. The prices online are confusing because they have just enough contradictions to confuse you. Anyways i called and they said they will no longer be taking Brother and Husqvarna machines to service whatsoever. So they are expensive and have been rude to me in the past, so I will never deal with them again.I thought this place was wonderful one time I went here but the last time one of the ladies treated me like an idiot. Also bought a pair of scissors here that i found in Edmonton for $20 less. Unbelievable.

Awesome staff and service, beautiful new store and excellent shopping experience. The employees at Cotton Candy are friendly and go above and beyond in helping you find what you need. They're also very welcoming to small children, making it easier to manage a sewing hobby and parenthood.

Sandy at Cotton Candy and her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service and their classes are the best I've ever attended. If you want to learn how to quilt, go see Sandy, I did. She gave me the confidence I need to make beautiful quilts. I have bought every sewing machine and serger from Sandy and the last one my husband purchased was a top of the line Bernina. He was so happy with the service Sandy provided. I would recommend her and her store to anyone!!!! Ken, their repair technician, is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful service Cotton Candy staff!!!

The few times I’ve been there, they have been SO helpful and kind. They have very genuine and informative employees that really take pride in where they work. Cotton Candy is not just a store, it is it’s own wonderful community of crafters. They care for their customers. I’ll be going back to cotton candy many more times to come.
