I am very pleased after my recent visit to Dr. David T. Smith Family Dentistry. I had been looking for an honest dentist to work on my teeth, and I have finally found the right man for the job. I first met David Smith as a customer of mine. He was always very friendly and respectful to staff, and because of this, I felt inside that he was a good person and I could trust him.When I first walked into his office, I was greeted by a very friendly secretary. That's right, a friendly secretary! I'm used to dealing with grouchy secretaries at doctors offices that seem to hate their jobs, but this secretary seemed very happy. She had me fill out an intake form, and as soon as I was done, I was taken to a chair for an examination. It is so nice to go to a business that is actually on time for their appointments.The hygienist, Christine, was also very friendly, and seemed passionate about her work. As she cleaned my teeth, she expressed how much she loved her job, and at that moment I knew inside that I had made the right choice. We have all dealt with employees who dislike their job, and I must stress how good it felt to be served by someone who was happy.Dr. Smith was very conscious of my limited budget and dental insurance. It was discovered that I needed a root canal, and so I was referred to a specialist at a different location (Dr. Rony Dagher.) Dr. Smith advised me that I should use my insurance money on the root canal surgery first as this was the most urgent matter, even though it meant that the money would be going to a different business. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his integrity.Overall, I was extremely satisfied. Dr. Smith has just won a client for life, and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. If you're looking for an honest professional, look no further - you've found him.
